Issue: Missed flight from ATL to Frankfurt, Germany due to incorrect information given to me by 3 seperate associates. I was sent to the wrong gate on 3 different occasions. When I finally got to the correct gate, I found that my flight had departed 2 hours prior. As a result, I had to spend $500.00 in booking fees and hotel accommodations that day (August 4, 2018).
Request: To be reimbursed in the amount of $500.00.
I recently was on flt.# 2316 back to N.Y. from Florida (Jul.28) I just had to make a comment regarding one of your employees named Martin. What a delight, courteous, friendly, helpful young gentleman. He was so delightful, takes pride in his duties,made this flight so enjoyable . He is a definite asset to Delta.
He made everyone smile because of his good natured attitude. An outstanding employee who definitely deserves recognition.

My family and I have flights leaving from SFO Monday 6/11/18 arriving to PVR with a layover in Mex City. We were unable to make this flight due to a medical emergency that my son was experiencing at the airport. In addition to his worsening condition I am pregnant and had elevated blood pressure and was very weak which could have resulted in disastrous labor in the air, thus we were advised not to fly. We then left the airport to go the doctor, we presented ourselves back at the airport with doctor notes to re-book flights. At that time I was told a note will be taken on my case and to email my information with doctor notes to [email protected]. I promptly got an email back stating that this email was no longer valid and to email [email protected]; which I did. I still have to hear from your customer relations department and have been transferred to multiple agents within sales but no one that can re-book my flights without a conformation from customer relations. I have done my best to follow all instructions posed to me by your offices and still have NO response. Please let me know ASAP the status of my case. I would like to give a thank you to Landside Ticket Agent, Shanta Veal. I wish all agents had her attitude and customer service skills. This lady was beautiful all over. She helped me with my flight issues and she listened to me and answered all my questions at the Atlanta Airport. She should train all ticket agents. It was so nice to have great customer service and to have someone care about my needs.

The attendant that told the passengers on a Delta flight they couldn’t sing our national anthem needs to be fired. The company should also apologize to the rest of the country. I flew Delta because I was being medically evacuated back to a USA hospital.In LAX Delta took all passengers in wheelchairs and the disabled and stuck us out on tar mack where the planes were fueling up. We got to sit in the rain and breathe in the exhaust fumes from the planes.delta took its most vulnerable clients and put them in direct harms way.I have attempting to contact customer care,tweeted & no response until today.I had an insensitive,”manager”the new term for workers so when you ask for managers they all are managers.Bet they arent on managers salary.I was given option to have flight be reimbursed and a $500 voucher or one voucher for entire amount.I choose one voucher only to find 2 vouchers issued to be used on separate bookings.I was flat out lied to after another 2 plus hrs called back to speak w manager who told me he call back by end of day and did not.WHAT KIND OF AIRLINES TREATS DISABLED PEOPLE THIS WAY? Delta harming the vulnerable and lying to its customers.It is now 5 months and no resolution.I have regularly been given incorrect phone numbers to call. I have worked for Delta Airlines for over 30 Years I given Delta my very best. I have been retired for 16 years the check is deposited to my bank account on the first of the month I didnot receive my check . I live on a fixed income and need my money to bills and living expense. I have made at leased 10 call to the employees service center and speak to people that can not speak very good english. They have told me twice that my check was over nighted. NEVER HAPPENED There is no one you can call in Atlanta What happened to the company I helped build.
I recently flew from Mexico back home to Orlando. The flight from Mexico to Atlanta was OK. However, on the flight from Atlanta to Orlando, the stewards were offering something to dring. I asked for coffee with cream and splenda. The stewart Will – I found out his name later on, was upset because I guess it was to much work to give me the cream and the splenda. There were two ladies sitting next to me who were on their way to a convention in Orlando. I asked the stewart three times for cream and splenda. He ignored me and I could see, clearly that he was angry. The lady sitting on the aisle, told him: the lady is asking you for cream and sugar. Wow!!! I thought that he was going to throw them at my face. I was embarrased and the ladies asked me,” if it was the airline that had been so much on the news because of the way the passengers are treated.” It shocked me because, they live in Monterrey. I asked them what kind of news. They indicated about the gentleman that had been taken out with injuries and broken teeth. I told them unfortunately YES. They asked me if I was going to complain. Again I said YES. Upon leaving the plane, I asked for the captain and told him what went on. I am really shocked at what is going on at this airline. I was an airlines hostesmyself with PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS. WE received a training for four months. The emphasis was on how to make the passengers feel at home and comfortable. Attitude towards the passenger was so important. A smiling face was a must. Now, you walk in and the stewardesses are always in a group talking and their faces look angry or very unhappy. I am writing a letter to top management because the employees you train are the ones who give the airline a good or bad name.
I am a employee of Delta. I’m trying to get my son on my flight benefits. I faxed in gis birth certificate and and social security card. I was told mybson can not ve put on my benefits because I need to show proof of residence( he lives with me) or support. Will my son live with his mother and visits with me for thw summer. My child mother doesn’t require me to pay child support. I was told by Lori and Ralph this a a delta policy. When I asked Laurie can she direct me to the policy so I can see this for myself she said she would not. She said I need to call Delta HR. I DON’T understand why i have to prove to you that i support my son…that me and his mother’s business. Could someone show where this is in delta’s policy. Everyday i loose precious time with my son. Because the summer time is the only time him and I can spend true time together because he live in California.
I am on Delta Flight 174 headed for Atlanta. I book a full fare first class ticket. The configuration on this “new” 777 has me facing the lavatory door and I mean less than 30 inches away from my face. Every time someone opens the door I get “lavatory smell blow back”. The stink is the least of it. I can only imagine how unhealthy it is for me to breathe in the air of other people’s waste. I asked to have my seat changed but they could not accommodate me. I booked the ticket through American Express Platinum and they will hear about it too.
I think Delta should at least inform customers that seat 10B is not a healthy place to sit.
So Delta, I am stuck on this horrible flight for the next 5 hours. Will you even respond to me? And what will you do to make this up to me? Did I mention I paid full fare? PS The special meal I ordered was never out in the plane. But I can live without that. Smelling lavatory stink for 5 hours is a nightmare.
On April 6th while Atlanta was having bad weather it was beautiful in Los Angeles, but Delta forgot to schedule staff at the Los Angeles International Airport for their early flights (read this was the week of most Spring breakers) so even arriving at the airport 85 minutes in advance we missed our flight since the line to “drop off” our baggage was an hour long both in terminal and at curb side! By the time we made it to the front of the line we were told we missed the 45 minute window for checking luggage! Then that same flight was delayed an hour and a half but we had to purchase same day flights on Southwest to get to our event. Now understand that Delta charges $25 per bad to check and Southwest gives you up to 3 bags for free and the line to “drop off” our baggage at Southwest took less than 2 minutes! I wonder if they staff their repair crews fully too? That scares me. Then Delta sent an email promising 20,000 points which never arrived and since we purchased out tickets with points, Delta gave us a dollar credit than deducted $200 for re-ticketing fee. Now I have to get a new American Express card since I have no reason to have the Delta one!
This situation was absolutely unnecessary the man was cooperating and just wanted to know why. I have done this same thing on a few flight to Shanghai China and to Seattle
Washington. I think at the least your organization owes this man an apology and a refund triple the price he had to pay another Airline to get home. I have worked for the TSA for 14 years as a Supervisor and have never heard of this happening. This situation was ridiculous and in no way was he jeopardizing the safety of the passengers. When this gentleman retuned to his seat, and the most he should have gotten was a ” Hey just as a reminder you need to stay seated before we start our departure”. He absolutely should have been able to still fly. This is really upsetting to the flying public who are consumers and paying customers. I am a huge fan of Delta Arline’s and use them every time I fly overseas to Asia and Domestically. Honestly you guys are the best and I expected a lot better from you. I know I probably am not the only one writing to you about this but the flying public are going to see this treatment and reconsider flying Delta. I hope this kind of thing will not happen again. I as a TSA supervisor can understand the policies and procedures that must be in place for safety reasons however we need to use common sense all well.

We are flying out of the country for a funeral and I asked about a bereavement flight. The first representative kept saying “I don’t know but I think it’s this or that” so because he wasn’t sure I asked to speak to a supervisor to get clarification. The supervisor was so rude! After repeatedly yelling at me, I threatened to cancel the ticket and book somewhere else and he said “go to the other airline then not to be harsh but I don’t care” when I questioned his customer service abilities he said “this call is being recorded and someone is probably listening to train because I’m the best at my job”, he then proceeded to give me the wrong number for his corporate office and lie to me and tell me no manager was available that all I can do is call back and ask for a different supervisor. Mind you this was after almost 20 minutes of me trying to speak, while constantly being interrupted to teach me what customer service is, a joke! I was so disgusted. I want everyone to know to avoid this airline because their customer services is actually the most disgusting thing I’ve ever dealt with. Lizabeth, if that’s really his name, from Atlanta is terrible! And definitely either needs a new career choice or serious intense training!
Never in my life have I heard of such a horrible airline. While traveling on a return flight yesterday, my husband checked a bag, once he arrived at his final destination to receive his luggage, it was saturated with jet fuel, yes you read that right, JET FUEL!! Not only did it ruin my husbands luggage, these passengers could have been in grave danger. How did the jet fuel get on these suitcases, was it a leak? was it the ground crew? was his luggage thrown on the ground? How can you request to clean his luggage and not think about the passengers safety. Will deal with legal here shortly. NEVER FLYING DELTA AGAIN, nor should anyone else.
Few people, it seems, write a thank you…until now. Thanks, Delta, and Ryan, the customer service rep, who helped me straighten out a booking problem. Computers are great, but can’t take the place of good customer representatives.
I am completely disgusted at the level of customer service from this airline!!! I travelled from Ireland only to find my luggage was nowhere to be found when arriving in America!!! I spent the duration of my trip which took MONTHS to plan making telephone calls and having to spend even more money replacing items that they lost just to get me through my trip!!!

Does Delta ever help organizations directl ‘collect’ frequent flyer miles for a cause? We are hosting an event where we are flying in 20 prize winners from around the world. I am in London and I am still struggling to adequate compensation after being stranded in Atlanta with two young children and no suitcases after being delayed by Delta back on the 1st August. I have been offered $1200 compensation and was told that I should be happy with this as it is more than Medallion members get and the lady I spoke to said she was as “high” as I could go and that would be it, there was no one else I could speak with. Can anyone please help with details of another email address I could try? Preferably someone I can esculate my complaint to as I have asked many times but have been ignored. My daughter applied for flight attendant and she got the emailed 12/20/2016 for a recorded job interview, she was able to read her email 12/23 /2016 ( Friday) . She was late for 3 days notice to respond. Can she still submit her recorded interview and ask for consideraiton from Delta Airlines. Can you provide answer to her issue? I was on dl1498 to lag on a mb88 .the ticket person gave me last seat on left side I have a cane to sit in this sit was impossible stood alot of flight but unfortunately employees get a better seat that’s what i find disturbing no reply to email or phone call was a waste of time just like your air lines never will fly again which is TO bad seeing I flew delta’s starting when I was15 yyears old. .My son was on a return trip from home back to college today. His flight crew had barely enough hours left on their eligibility to make the flight from Bloomington, IL to Minneapolis, MN. Arrival time 8:25 am The flight was redirected to Des Moines, IA. There the crew was grounded. There was another flight leaving Des Moines, IA to Minneapolis, MN at 1:15 with available seats. The Location manager said it was against Delta policy to re-open the flight and put him on the flight. Being under the age of 25 renting a car was not an option. He now had to wait until 7:15 p.m. to get a flight in order to maket to classes in time for the next day. Other airlines would have opened their flights and put him on the 1:15 flight with open seats. They have been doing this for over 15 yrs. After 80 yrs in the business why is Delta still focusing on a flawed policy rather than focusing on the customer (especially youth traveling alone.). My son has been harmed by this experience and will be much worse off in class on Monday in due to Delta’s lack of response. Please let me know what you intend to do to fix these issues and policies to avoid harming others without the need to do so in future? I am following up on the application I submitted for the flight attendant. When will I hear as far as the status.
I have not even used my ticket for flight yet as it is for the end of this month( Aug.), but found out after using Deltas 5 week span for flexibility on days and prices that my ticket price (even Closer to the date of travel) went Down in price by Over 50 dollars! When I contacted Delta about it, all they said was they were sorry, and the “Best price Guarantee” is only good if the price is different the Same day you purchased it?! Really/! who in their right mind would purchase what they would believe (according to Deltas own site and info) is the Best price the same day?! Um, No one! That’s how they gouge you on prices! My dates, times, flight numbers, and even layover cities were all the same. Just the price was different by over 61.00! I was not looking for an upgrade, a free voucher, or anything like that. All I thought was reasonable as the Right thing to do to treat your customers with respect, would be the small difference in price! For people on limited income especially!

Horrible customer service from corporate service reps. Yelled and talked over me when I tried to tell them what occured. They blamed me 16 year old son for the issues with his bags. Rep said that no 16 year old should be allowed to fly without a parent and blamed us for letting him fly alone.

The disrespect this company has towards their customers is unbelievable! Our flight which was supposed to leave at 7:55 pm ended up leaving at 9:00am the day after, instead of telling us the flight was cancelled from the start they made us wait, and would give us a different story every time. They did not pay for hotel or transportation, which they had promised they would. They gave us false information, and we were treated unbelievably bad. One of their staff members even told me to leave her desk, that she would not attend my needs, and that she had nothing to do with what was going on, I filed complaints on multiple employees from this company and ask for the money they promised from their headquarters and they did not listen to us, instead they sided with their rude, disrespectful employees, and did not help us what so ever. This company gave us checks with no funds to cover our hotel and transportation, they never gave us the money we were entitled and promised. They are liars and I don’t trust anything they say. This company is the worst! No wonder the staff was so disrespectful not even their headquarters know how to work! I do not recommend DELTA and I will never fly with them again! I truly wish I could give them no stars. A company that lies and does not respect their customers doesn’t deserve to be in business!

I’m a Retired Navy Veteran and I’m Exhausted trying to recoup my money from Delta. Your trip protection service is subpar, unprofessional, unreliable, and very counter productive. Allianz takes the fees associated with the trip protection but does NOT honor the agreement you as the customer, sign up for. Not only have I been given the run around but I was told that my family member whom I brought the ticket for would be able to get reimbursed for the airline ticket that ‘I’ charged on MY card??? How does that even equate to rational thinking? When I asked them further to explain, the Allianz rep COULD NOT!!! All she said was, its policy but couldn’t state where so I could read it my self. This has happened a bunch of times now a I’m growing very frustrated. Then when I call Delta… I get told to call the 1-800 number or 1-800-455-2720 that leads nowhere! LaTroy, again I was answering to your frustration and my comment disappeared; by now I am convinced this company has the power to manipulate customers commentaries particularly when the complaint are so similar from person to person and descriptive of the same attitude all attendants have and the basis of greediness Delta operates on.

I have been on the phone for hours attempting to speak to someone about cancelling reservations and have been unsuccessful in getting any resolution. I am terribly disappointed in the customer service that I have received.
What to expect from the phillipines, india and mexico; we as americans are crossing some kind of bridde which is clearly taking us to hell by these companies designed to MAKE MONEY without providing good service to their customers; their salaries come from our pockets so WHAT PART OF TREAT THE CUSTOMERS WELL this CEO doesn’t get? the CEO shows in the infallible little video they play that the rhetoric does not match the service provided in his company and he is not understanding the bad reputation his company has. The grandiosity this CEO diplays only speaks for the greediness focused on making profit to sacrifice customer service. There are many options you have from reporting them to the BBB, to writing a letter to the Atlanta, GA authorities, to suing them for your money. On this feedback session there are enough people for a class action suit against Delta.

I work for the FAA and have been leaving voicemails since Dec for 2 of your Real Eatate people and no one has returned my call. The FAA leased a NAVAID site in Seattle at the Delta Hanger. The site has been decommissioned and there is one final payment the FAA needs to make to Delta. After no one will return my calls I am leaving this message.
