On July 14th we filled out the BK experience survey due to a very poor experience that we had on that day. My husband I ordered two whoppers. What we got was two hamburger patties, not fully cooked with a few lettuce shaving, onion and pickle slopped on. On one half of the topping was out of the sandwich. I have pictures to send if you would like to see this inexcusable sandwich. I asked that to be contacted by a representative on the survey and have heard from no one from Burger King. The people who run the BK that we went to really don’t give a hoot about complaints as we have learned on other occasions. Cold fries, wrong order, just outright disinterested in the customer many times. We have stayed customers despite the lack of customer service, however, if BK doesn’t feel they need to contact a customer asked to do so, I think we will switch our business to McDonalds here. I can tell you that the McDonalds in our area always seems to have two lines going thru the drive thru, you BK rarely has one car at the window. Should tell you something.
BAD experience ….. store in las vegas, nv #12776…..RUDE hourly and Asst Manager Kenneth. I’ve emailed you and will wait on your response. I don’t like to hear the hourly yell at the manager, “You need to handle this she’s bitching about the website”. I was Manager At Burger King 2367 and I quit what’s the reason my Big boss Tj didn’t want me to take my week vacation vacation off and he set me up we was training one of the employee To be manager in that same time I heard people said that Tj said we will fire the old manager so we can make this employee manager so I call him and I asked him it’s it true he said you know you crazy no I didn’t say that so I believed in him and asked him to go on vacation next week he said I will think about it and I will let you know I told him please I have to go cuz my husband leaving to PA he said okay I will see I said okay thank you . Now my boss the GM called my yesterday telling me TJ said no for your vacation I asked him why he said I don’t know okay so I called TJ to ask him why he said no. He said he have to tell me before you go on vacation 35 days but I didn’t know that at all so I was trying with him he said no you have to come to work I asked him I don’t want to get pay for it but let me go he said no too so I told him I quit so he said okay quit right little today and leave it at the store I said okay, in the same time I find out that he make the employee that I was training her as manager . My son and his wife worked at the burger king in Faribault MN. They both just quit today. My son got burned and a bad burn at that. When he asked if he could go run in under some cold water. Their response was no keep pushing burgers. I couldn’t believe it. They are so short of staff at this place that they close the inside down and sometimes the entire store. He was told that no incident report could be filed because they don’t do that at that store. I was amazed what company does that?. Needless to say we will be taking my son to have his burn looked at now. We filed a complaint with the headquartes. I don’t hold out much hope that i will hear anything back or he will. I suggested my son get and attorney . Last week they were upset with him because he would not server moldy tomatoes to customers. He was just told to cut off the mold and serve it anyways. He refused to do that and threw the crate away. Telling them he was not going to do that and have people get sick what kind of company is this? Luckily for me i don’t eat fast food . For everyone else please be careful when you go to Burger King look at your food make sure things haven’t been cut off it’s disgusting.
I had to put this out there because as a parent this kind of thing makes me sick. I told my son and his wife to make a u-tube video and put it on social media. It would be a great way to get the word out so people don’t end up getting sick.
I”m joining in to make my complaint against Burger King, located in Indianapolis, Indiana on 37th Illinois Street. First of all the workers in this store has to be the slowest people God ever created! Then you get the food and it’s never prepared correctly. The last 3 times, I have visited this place, I was not given a receipt, (a very simple thing) and my food was cold. Call me stuck on stupid for continuing to have faith in a business that could careless! The service is poor! You can barely hear over the speaker, not to mention if it’s raining, you get wet placing your order. You wait in line forever! Then, when I get to the window to pay, all I see are the workers standing around talking with each other. What! Why are you guys working in this type of business? There is no pride about the food, their work or customer service. Management is off in Hawaii somewhere and no one is caring or giving a darn about the type of customer service being given by the workers! I”m telling you, Burger King, the quality of the food and it’s customer service is really going down!!! Do you all realize that there are many other restaurants we can take our business to? Burger King used to be better than this! What the heck happened! Well, I”m done! You can talk about McDonald’s, but at least they give good service. You guys need to GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

So yesterday drive time were a bit high at 601. This was in part, do to a Spartan race that was going on in this area. This is also do to people not staying in there positions. I will work on this with them.

I have attempted to call Corporate Office, and received a “Representative” at a Call Center in India, who said he has to take a message. When message indicated him as a problem, he refused to do the report!
Fort Worth, TX went to BK on Jacksboro Hwy for for milkshakes. I ordered the frappe and was just told “No” so I thought ok maybe the lady did not understand what I wanted so I ask for the Caramel Coffee Frappe and she again said “No”. So I was like I cant order the caramel Frappe answer “No”, So I ordered a milkshake, actually 4 milkshakes, 2 chocolate and 2 strawberry. When we got to the window We ask why I couldn’t get the Frappe and received No one made it and then there was no stuff to make it either way a sign we are out of Frappe or even a quick explanation instead of “NO” would have been appropriate and shown better guest relations. After getting my milkshakes I ask about whip cream they said it cost extra – apparently in small letters you actually have to look for. After pulling out of the drive and I need to get to work Take a taste of my milkshake and it is cold but not cold enough and very milky I pull up the straw and the mix is just falling off the straw and it looks like a cold chocolate milk drink…. I don,t have time to go back and return them instead my hard earned cash goes in the trash. Why would anyone serve a milkshake when the mix was obviously not ready.. Oh and it was about 330 in the afternoon on a Friday I was the only car in the drive thru.
I live in Allons, TN. The closest restaurant to me is the Burger King in Livingston, TN. It would be nice to eat there, but every time I try, either by eating in, carryout, or drive through, my order is wrong or I’m missing part of it. I could understand if it only happened once in a while but when it happens every time then I have a problem. I don’t have time to take my order apart and check it every time I order. And I shouldn’t have to. I have watched the business disappear from that place over the last few months, so that must mean I’m not the only person with a problem. Even if I am the only one in the drive thru like I was today my order is still wrong. I’ve complained before and nothing changes. I guess I will have to take my money someplace farther down the road. I worked in food service for over twenty years and I know there is no reason for this except poor management and poor training. Something needs to be done.
We had a corporate event at Fiserv office on 20 July 2017. We ordered 120 burgers and veg Nuggets to be deliver at Fiserv premises at 5:30 PM sharp on 20 July 2017 as this was a live event and we wanted the delivery sharp at 5:30.
I was in contact with Mohsin khan (9990656446) from the store. I started calling at 5 PM to ensure the timely delivery but the delivery came at 6 o clock and the worst past is they delivered the half order. The remaining order was delivered at 6:30.
I CALLED HUNDERED TIMES TO MOSIN AND REQUESTED TO DELIVER BUT THE ORDER WAS LATE BY 1 HR.

July 19th at exactly 6:25pm, me an my fiance came in to have dinner i have no clue who the kid was that was working but first off he was rude an looked like he was maybe 12. Anyways my fiance ordered the new Parmesan Crispy chicken sandwich. we got our food went to sit down looked at our sandwiches come to find out my fiance got the grilled chicken sandwich when he distinctively said I wanted a number 12, then he proceeded to argue with my fiance trying to say that he was lying and that he was making up what was going on and he was arguing with him telling him that he was wrong and he wasn’t when I told him four times that my husband wanted the number 12 not the number nine and they still screwed up the order. The store is West Side Saint Paul Minnesota they either need toshut the store down or fire all the Staff an rehired new ones that know what they’re actually doing. that is positively the worst Burger King d I’ve ever been to in, out of all the Burger Kings that I’ve been to that one really is the shittiest place to eat..
We just stopped in the BK in Shippensburg. As we were walking in there was a young girl cleaning the door step with a sponge and water…To me this is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. She was not a maintenance worker…when she fished, a so call “manager” came out to check it…was she disciplining her? Complete crap….
BURGER KING HAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED ME!! I am a loyal customer of Burger King. However, my most recrnt visit was the worst visit i have had EVER at ANY fast food restaurant. First, the drive thru cashier did not greet us, nor did he tell us the price of our food. He only opened the window and reached for the money to SNATCH it out of my hand! I was a bit confused, so i let it go. He then gave me my change back by tossing it in my hand after that, he SLAMMED the drive tgru window. After waiting about 2-3 minutes for our food, he then return with our food bag. He slide the drive thru window open with force (as if he was angry) He then (literally) SHOVED/TOSSED the food bag into my hands. So forcefully that it caused me to fumble my bag of food, trying to grab a hold of it. After shoving the food off to us, He the SLAMMED the window quite hard and immediately walked off. I called the store to speak to the manager on duty. After being told i was speaking to him already, I asked for the District Manager’s info… He denied me the info. I then asked for Corporate… He also denied me of that info. He told me that Burger King was a “privately owned” store, and i would have to call the owner, not Corporate. So i proceeded with asking for the owners name. He HUNG UP ON ME! I called back 5 TIMES for him to pick up and hang up again. Ive never been rude or disrespectful to ANY of the Burger King employees, as i appreciate them for helping with feeding my family. However, i honestly can not handle the disrespect and carelessness of the employees. I think i will steer away from Burger King for now until they change their crew members.
I’m highly upset about the service I received at store #1105. After getting in a long line at the drive through I finally make it to the speaker to place my order only to find out at that time that they are only accepting cash. This is totally unacceptable as now I am trapped in a long line of cars and have to waste time waiting to be able to drive out as this location does not have any other way out. They should have posted someone outside to advise drivers of this prior to them getting stuck in line.
This complaint is about the Burger King located in Sunrise, Florida off University Blvd.
The take-out window for this Burger King takes an extremely long time, but I don’t think they are being evaluated on this issue because the person at the drive-in window makes the cars stop just before they get to the take-out window, and once the food is ready using hand gestures they ask the car to move up. My theory on this behavior is that there is a sensor at the drive-up window that can be used to determine how much time it is taking for customers to receive their orders.
Please investigate this behavior, because a take-out is taking too long and if the sensor can provide this information to management this behavior needs to be stopped.
I am an employee of Burger King. I called in this morning to talk to Ranel about being off today because my father in laws wake is today and his funeral is tomorrow and she didn’t even let me finish she just hung up on my face. I had a coupon for a free coffee at the burger King on Osborne street winnipeg.
I asked the evening manager at the counter if the coffee was fresh. SHE LAUGHED AT ME and said u have no right to ask if the coffee is fresh when using their coupon. (What?!)
I told her I have every right to ask about food or liquids going into my body and whether or not they are safe and fresh to drink or eat.
She then said she could kick me out of the store for asking questions and being rude. (Again,what?!)

For many years off and on, the drive through cashiers have used a device on the end of a pole through the drive through window. The employee hangs it out the window before you pull up in your car… PICTURE ATTACHED. They hold it over a specific spot on the asphalt for various times while looking behind them inside the window until something changes.
Various cashiers have said it’s to reset a window timer (time of customer service?) or manipulating customer count. When I’ve asked why they do this (you can’t pull up till the cashier is done, (sometimes 15 seconds+), cashiers have said they don’t do it because they want to, they have to do it, etc. Several have said “they don’t like doing it, they know it’s dishonest but they have no choice.”

Is it in Burger Kings’ policies and procedures to hire, retain and advance employees to management (district?) who is a convicted felon? Convicted of stealing money from previous employer, stealing, using and selling narcotics, currently on Federal probation with more charges pending.
Please tell me what precedent you are trying to set. What message are you trying to convey? My message is to boycott Burger King (along with my friends and family), tell everyone I work with, everyone I know and everyone within shouting distance about what kind of operations you not only allow but reward and advocate.
I am so upset that nobody from Burger King has bothered to contact me about a police report I made on Thursday June 22 2017. on the Burger King located at 639 N Redwood Road North Salt Lake Utah,, that morning I went through the drive through and ordered using my Debit card, about three hours later I checked on my back account to pay bills and fount $348.22 worth of ITunes charged to my card, ( i do not have an I phone), I had showed an colleague of mine what happen she said that the same thing happen to her on that Monday, her husband had gone to the drive through at the same Burger King and two days later they had over $200 worth of I tune charges, as we started asking around at work we found that three others has the same thing happen to them that same week, that same Burger King, I had called the Manager and he basically told me that this kind of thing cannot happen, Well it did, I made a police reports, I wrote what happen on the survey, gave my email information, and to please let me know if they found the person that was doing this, and I have not heard from anyone, in the mean time, my bank is still trying to work on this, my rent is due, and I could be faced with late charges, due to my account not having the money that was stolen from me . I would like to know if anyone in this company has done anything about this, I am sure we were not the only people this has happen to, and I would like some answers,
I would like to make a complaint about the Burger King in Lansing, KS. On June 29th I went there at 6:45 pm and there is a sign on the speaker box that says we are out of chicken nuggets, onion rings, French fries and whoppers. My first thought is well what do you have? I ended up ordering but I find it 1. Very unprofessional to have a sign on the speaker 2. Poor management and franchisee to not have the products available, I mean if I was running a business that was to let my customers have it their way! I would have the foods that they want. I was visiting my father down in Tampa Florida and stopped to get him a sandwich on the way back to the nursing home. Stopped at the BK in Valrico, FL. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich and paid with a $10.00 bill. Manager Juan told me the $10 bill was counterfeit and my money was no good. He did not show me how it was different and did not use a counterfeit pen even after I asked him to use a pen. He proceeded to put it in his pocket and told me I had to use something else to pay. Meanwhile, he refused to give me back the $10 bill and I had to pay with something else. I am embarassed and appalled at the rudeness of this gentleman and the unprofessionalism. Furthermore, I called in to your Customer Service line wherever that is, and reported this issue. I am even more shocked that I have not received a response from the company regarding this issue. Obviously, customer service at Burger King is not the strength of this company and from reading many of the comments on this site, the company does not care to address customer service issues.
You should have called the police and reported that he stole your money. He has no legal authority to take it from you whether he believed it was counterfeit or not.
I went to the Burger King on Morris Ave. in Elizabeth, NJ on June 26th 2017 at 10:15pm. We ordered through the drive through but then we saw the new Cheetos and mac (sorry if I am saying wrong) so when we got to the order we just wanted to add one order of that to our current order. The woman at the window stated it was “too late” and that we would have had to order at the intercom. I looked at her puzzled because in the years of ordering any type fast from McDonalds, Wendy’s, etc. I have never got denied being able to add something at the last minute. Especially since it is money for the business!!!! Someone needs to speak to this “manager” and let her know that is bad for business….

My name is Dominick E. Pryor and I went to the Burger King in Houston, TX. on Holcombe and South Fwy around 2:30p.m. on 6/26/2017 I ordered a Triple Whopper with no mayonnaise, no lettuce, and no onion. The young lady at the counter was ringing me up and for some reason the buttons she pressed was saying add all those items so she was trying to figure out what was going on. She then proceeded to call the manager. He started to ring in the order and he told me that i told him I ordered a triple cheese but it was clearly stated from that i ordered a triple whopper which is an honest mistake bit i was 20 minutes from work so i decided to cancel the order. It was about 2:40p.m. that this particular manager proceeded away from the cash register and i quote said “I don’t have time for this s**t today and as i am leaving he proceeded to follow me to my car and I am entering my car and he is standing at my car door. That is not what i expect from a manager if I do not decide to get something to eat. I do not know what the policy is when a customer decides his job is more important than eating at the time, which by the way i was not in any form, shape, or fashion rude or disrespectful to any of the guys at the establishment. I am now in awe as I am writing because that was just plain inexcusable. I am very upset because I used to go there everyday and get the sandwich with the a1 sauce and get the triple meat but with him following me and wanting to fight me is at the highest level of disrespect a person could endure. I wont stop eating at Burger King but that particular location has just lost my business forever because if he can do that to me imagine how many other people it can happen to. MY SON WORKED FOR BURGER KING ON SOUTH HULEN ST IN FORT WORTH, TX. HE HAS NOT RECEIVED HIS LAST CHECK IN OVER A MONTH AND THEY KEEP TELLING HIM THAT THAT THEY DON’T HAVE IT EVERY FRIDAY . I work in one of the business districts where there is a major hospital, construction areas, as well as located among a well populated residential community. A group of students and coworkers decided to compile an order and sent one of our drivers for pick up at Burger King store 3535. The order consisted of four burger meals that would have had burgers, fries, and a drink. When our driver returned, she stated that she did not receive complete orders for everyone because they had no fries or onion rings. On five different occasions, we have gone to this specific location only to find that they had no hamburgers, no fries, or onion rings to serve to customers. This is very disturbing in the fact that many people, especially those that are bound to have to spend hours waiting at the local hospital and want to get away to clear their minds and take pleasure in a supposedly reliable restaurant, only to find that there is not a shortage of food, but none at all from the beginning of the lunch hour to closing. You would either find a scribbled note on the door that they have only chicken or fish burgers, or receive a message over the speaker, “Welcome to Burger King. we have no hamburgers, or fries, or onion rings. Can I take your order?” Not only that, but the so called, supervisor got an attitude with us when we returned with our receipt to verify that although they had no onion rings or fries, we were still charged full price for the meal. There was nothing on the receipt to indicate a deduction for the items we did not have. I simply told my coworker that we will just leave the matter alone, but we will no longer do business at this location and I will let the other four branches of our company know to do the same. I’m angry because most people have no other option but to rely on this location and it is not that this has happened once, but five times and before the lunch hour even begins. What makes the matter less likeable is when a person who is so called a supervisor comes out with an attitude far worse than the actual workers do and expects you to take it as if the business is their own. Sorry Burger King, but you’ve lost over 475 customers or more, unless you do something to correct this company and their lack of a better way of communicating and carrying your name.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and had coupons. I was informed the order came to $7.50 and was told to forget about the coupons. I had scraped together 2 quarters and gave the girl a ten dollar bill and the 2 quarters. She returned the change as two dollars and 2 quarters. When I’d ask about the incorrect change, she immediately became adamant and rude saying that I did not give her the 2 quarters with the $10 bill. My friend driving with me who witnessed the ten dollar bill and 2 quarters handed to this young lady. I do believe that she being so adamant about this was scamming me out of fifty cents and most likely has the routine down hoping no one notices the incorrect returned change they get. I am informing you that you have a dishonest window cashier at this store. This person had dyed red hair. I don’t know if your company ever does anything about these comments or not but I could never return to purchase my food at this store again.
I’m trying to contact someone about the Burger King in Alexander City, Alabama. They have roaches where people self serve themselves with drinks and they have dead flies in their ice freezer that they serve to the customers through the drive through. Of course, they probably have served them to someone already, unless they saw them and removed them, because I know my daughter said she had to get two dead flies out the ice at the drive through and she had to kill two roaches where the customers fix their own drinks inside. On the other hand, the so called managers: Renea Walton, Meredith (I don’t know her last name), and Lisa, of course, I don’t know her last name either, but they have some NASTY attitude. How can they (Renea) tell their employees not to wear nail polish if they gone go to the nail salon and get their nails done. They need to practice what they preach. Also, on this very exact day after midnight my daughter called me and told me to hurry and come get her because she was about to be the only one there….now I mind you she’s 17. When i got there the new so called Manager that they just hired whom happens to be a guy saw me and he jumped in his car and sped off like he was on a race track and I honked my horn because I had to ask him a question, but he kept going. I really would like to know who is over them. Also, when my daughter works they schedule her to come in at 4 and work to 1 on weekends and she hardly ever have an off day. The problem is she never gets off at the time they say. It be after 2 a.m. in the morning most time and she’s a minor…. then they be wanting her to come in a few hours later sometimes at 6 a.m which I really don’t think so! That’s my daughter and I’ve had enough of them and Burger King. To hell with them they’re not that good and they lack cleanliness. Really, this situation goes way beyond what’s written here. They have been a pain in the ASS from day one since my daughter started there. Something needs to be done about them. So, if you’re ever in Alexander City, Alabama… don’t stop….keep going. You might end up being served roaches and flies. Last, but not least, they can’t hardly keep anyone because they quit. Why? Because of the Managers. They’re all drama wanna be queens. So, I hope someone from the Corporate office see this post and pay a visit to this STORE as they call it. Something really needs to be done about it. …… P.S. I’m going to report them to the health department. If not them then they will tell me who.
Burger King, Franklin, TN should do a service to the traveling public and PERMANENTLY CLOSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Worst food I have ever had. Ordered a fish sandwich at the drive thru. When I got home it resembled a catcher’s mitt. Called the local business and got an “attitude” from the “manager” – at least he said he was the manager.

I ordered 2 whopper jr at Burger King #749. Started to eat then noticed no cheese .Went back to cashier Clarissa and manager was there also. She said if you want cheese you have to order it. Very rude she didn,t even try to make it right. I had also ordered tea with lemon. When i got to station to get tea there was no tea.Went back to cashier mngr said we have Fuse tea in machine. Hello I would like to make you all aware of the disturbing activity that happens at the location in Salsa, California. There are multiple sexual activities of all sorts happening during all shifts. The manager named Mary was photographed on her knees with another worker named Chilion. Chilion also has another young girl there pregnant. Her name is Angelina. Apparently all of the management is aware. I will refuse to eat there ever! I am telling everyone I know about this location and continue to send complaints until this is resolved. There needs to be some serious intervention please. That’s just disgusting!

We went to Burger King in Sherman Texas on the way to Oklahoma. First of all, there were only 3 people working there! 2 managers and a cook. Secondly, people in the restaraunt were me, my husband, my son and an older couple ahead of us. The older couple had to wait about 15 minutes for their ONE order or nuggets and we waited about 10 minutes after that! We got our cheeseburgers and they were HORRIBLE! Worst meal I have had in a long long time! Fries were undercooked and cooked in obviously OLD oil. Then one of the managers came out and put a sign on the front door that read “DRIVE THRU ONLY….SORRY” written in marker and very unprofessional. RIDICULOUS! They weren’t busy and locked the doors so no one could get in the dining room at 6 in the evening when everyone is wanting to eat dinner! I mean, what the hell? I will complain on this establishment until something is done!!! End of story!!!
i have 4 grand kids and my wife and 1 more we eat at burger king 1time a wk and spend 30to45 $ every time but after tonight we will spend our $ elsewhere and this is WY went to the drive up and showed are coupon the manger said we could only use 1 coupon per car and was not nice at all her name was deb. so we left and spent the 45 we would have spent at 21 and wall Ogden Utah and spent elsewhere. WY do you put out coupons if you don’t want customers to use them 1 had 3 grownups in the van so it would have been 3 coupons and the shakes and other extra stuff we get with out coupons you lost out on. you must not need our business.
I am very disappointed in the Burger King that is located at Houston Texas. My neice attends college nearby and picked up a job at Burger King so she could survive during the summer. She had requested to go on days since she didn’t have a car and would have to Uber home from work at night however the GM Ms. Cheryl did not grant her request and my neice continued to work the evening shift. On Saturday evening 5/27 my neice had gotten off of work and went outside to catch her ride home with Uber and upon waiting she was robbed and jumped by some girls. My neice didn’t know them personally and had only waited on them via drive thru earlier that evening during her shift. Fast forward…as the paramedics and police arrived on the scene to treat my neice for her bumps and bruises, it was then that the supervisor on duty name Alexis told the officers that the girls had come to her and said my neice was being rude and that they were going to jump her when she got off of work. This supervisor did not question my neice about what the girls had reported or even bothered to tell her what there remarks were. Instead she let my neice walk out by herself in the dark, to lock the door behind her and put her in harms way, which she got pretty banged up!!! Fast Forward, did the GM or supervisor return me or my sister (neice mom) call when we reached out to see what happened? NO? Did the GM or supervisor call and check on my neice after the fact? NO…what kind of company is this? I am so disappointed in the follow ups and the lack of showing any concern for my neice and her well being. The upper management should be fired immediately!!! I can go on and on and on, but we will handle this in a different manor and I hope someone from the corporate office reads this and reach out to our family and show some concern. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!
I have gone to burger king on Airline highway in North Baton Rouge three times this week and was unable to order food. No one came on the drive through speaker so I pulled to the window, after waiting several minutes. There were worker there, they looked at me and kept talking to each other. This morning a stopped in at 6:00am, store sign said…open at 5:30, and the same thing happen. I will no longer waist my time again anywhere to try to or make a purchase at Burger King. It appears workers and management don’t care about severing customers, very poor customer service.
i was @ one of the burger kings today 5-30-17 @11:35am on 7121 williamson rd roanoke va..the cashier was very rude & unprofessional..i had a coupon/receipt with a code for a free whopper she tried to charge me over $4.00 i said its free she said u have to buy a food purchase very rudely said didn’t u read the receipt..well i didnt have my glasses on sorry didnt see that small print..ok no biggie..but its how rude she was during the moment..she finally got a manager up there to clear the order out..the manager was on her phone have a personal conversation..what kind of stuff is this..the the cashier that waited on me said u want anything else reall crappy i said no & walked out..i only had enough money for a drink i didnt even get that because of the rudeness.. i will never go back to a burger king ever again..i was so embarrased plus her talking about me it sounded like..she need to go home stay there..dont need to be in the public eye with that attitude..
I went for breakfast at this burger king on May 27, 2017. While placing my order at the drive thru, the man taking the order was very unprofessional and rude. I decided that I was not going to spend my money there. I left the restaurant, but I decided to return to tell the manager. When I returned, I waited for 5 minutes before anyone came to assist me. A man who said his name was Wilson, stated that he was the manager. I am happy that I did return, because the first things I noticed was that the store, and Wilson’s uniform, were very dirty at 7:20am, and there was a bunch of food under the heat lamps. I told “Wilson” that the operator at the drive-thru was unprofessional and rude, and he said that I was screaming my order at the drive thru, then he proceeded to argue with me. I asked him for the store number and he said they did not have one. The corporate office and the health department should do an investigation of this location. Please save yourself the aggravation, and possibly botulism by not patronizing this restaurant in Country Side next to the movie theater. I have also read many complaints about this location. The employees should take a field trip to Chic fil a, to see how a fast food restaurant should be operated.
Hello this is Susanne. I visited the the location located on Saskatchewan drive and Albert Street in Regina Saskatchewan Canada. We proceeded to use the drive thru. They made a mistake as we placed our order and then she asked what we ordered again when we got to the drive thru window. Then they didn’t give us our entire meal. Which we didn’t realize till we got home and then I called them. And I asked for the manager and she said I was the manager. She proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know what we did with the stuff and it is our mistake everything was in the bag. I then told her I was looking in the bag and there was two items that were paid for that were not in the bag and she said yes they were. She then told my sister that we did something with them and hung up the phone on her. And we tried calling back and they refused to answer the phone. So I guess we are out the $9.00. but as a customer who spends about a $100.00 a month there between the 6 people who live in our home. Burger King can thank the manager for never recieving another cent from ny household. Cause I choose not to support a company who calls there customer’s a liar and then chooses to hang up on them and not answer the phone again. Cause anyone who has ever went thru a drive thru understands that it is not possible to have made a mistake. It’s more likely that a customer is a liar. I am just writing this so that everyone can hear how my experience went today. This was a $46.00 meal that she called liar’s. Well to all future guest’s at this location i wish you luck and would advise you to check your order before leaving the window so that you don’t have the same experience as I did.

Mother’s Day May 14th I went to BK in Kailua, Hawaii – it had been closed for quite sometime and recently reopened. I was excited to get my Jr. Whopper I had been craving and in looking at the menu board in the drive thru, I decided to also order a Caramel Frappe. The board said the Caramel Frappe was $3.29 – I asked for a large and was told there was only one size. She told me my total and please drive up, I was thinking there must be a mistake as my $$ were higher than I expected. When she gave me my receipt I had been charged $5.49 for the Caramel Frappe. I told her the sign said $3.29 – she told me it didn’t matter, she has to charge what the computer says. So I drove back around to double check the price and she said “welcome to BK, may I take your order please” – so i told her that the sign did indeed read the Caramel Frappe as $3.29. So she and another girl came out to look and sure enough the sign read $3.29 – I told her that it is what I was expecting to pay. Again I was told it didn’t matter, they have to charge what the computer tells them. They made no offer to make amends and I’m not one to create a big fuss, but I tell them when I was leaving I plan to report this to corporate. I also told them they had better check the prices of everything on their board because THAT is what people expect to pay.
in closing, that one size only was SMALL for its price 🙁 And though it was delicious, I plan to go to McDonald’s because I get more for my money and I expect to pay what the signs tell me.

They screwed up the order and when i brought the recipient in he crumpled it up and threw it in my face. I have had great service over the years when mistakes have been made but this was just atrocious. I tried to contact corporate to just be hung up on and have been treated horribly. If no reply i will leave a complaint with the BBB. I have never been treated so poorly by a place that should thrive on customer service. I am a first time online customer who placed an order via hellofood website, currently located here in Dubai, UAE and asked to deliver it to my brother in dammam, KSA. I waited for 1 hr and got in touch with your branch in Dammam in ENOC Dareen and spoke to the manager who was very rude and telling me that they dont have an address to deliver the order that/s why it is taking that long but I placed it online so definitely I will put the address. Now it has been 2.5 hours still the food is not delivered. The delivery man called the person who will recieve the delivery asking for location but still they didnt deliver it. I kept on calling the restaurant and they are saying different things like the order is still there in the restaurant because no address and after few minutes they are saying that they need more info. I am so disappointed with your service. It is just a simple order for my brother but it took too much time and effort and inconvenience for us. I spent 60 dirhams just to call the restaurant and still my card has been credited already and the refund will still take 2-3 business days. Please do something about this. went to BK today (5/14/2017) and ordered a very simple order, a #3 large combo w/ DP no ice, another #3 large combo with DP and a #2 large combo with no mayo and a diet coke. not very hard.
I get the total and head to the window. The woman at the window barely could speak English to the point where it was a pain to even get a simple idea across. Even with this i get my food and head out to my picnic spot. I get there and as I start to divide the orders out I notice I got 1 triple whopper, a double something with bacon and jalepenos, and a single whopper with mayo.
I don’t know what kind of morons are able to be hired at these locations but this is nowhere near rocket science. not to mention, the burgers i did receive were cold and very greasy. By far the worst BK experience I have had to date.

hello, at 4:48AM (today) @ BK# 05029 in Pineville, LA my order was messed up severely by the host in drive-thru (Dewayne). I ordered a #6 (Enormous Burrito combo with an additional large hashbrown). The large drink (cherry coke was complete soda water — no coke, no cherry, just carbonated soda water). There was no large hashbrown nor the medium hashbrown that was included with the combo. The burrito and only the burrito was in the bag. I figured the total cost should have been $8.50-ish and was charged $5.72. I know it’s fast food but even a monkey can do basic math. The monkey should also check the order before it’s delivered to the customer for accuracy. Every so often, this restaurant undergoes New Ownership. It’s in a great location but the service is shitty. I paid cash for my order and was shortchanged big time and obtained the worst possible outcome for my order. What does BK plan to do about this situation?
The Burger King in culpeper va is sooo nasty and filled with rude people!! I went through the dive through Thursday at 11:30pm and they said they was closed but do not close until 12 and they were all standing there just laughing and talking! On the sign it said 4.99 and I was 6.99 each not including .30 for the fries and .20 for the drinks extra on each meal. I want to know why am I being charged $2 more than what the sign says?

My name is Caprena Ross. I went to store in Columbus, Ohio on Cleveland Avenue at 9:15am on May 6, 2017. The cashier through the drive through was pleasant and tried his best to ensure my order was correct, however, the Manager by the name of Ashley was rude, and expremely unprofessional, Ms. Ashley came across condesending in her tone when providing me the wrong order. When I came back in and said if there was less talking about things outside of the business, she would have got my order right, she began to wave her hands in the air, snap her fingers and kept saying loudly, “Have a good day ma’am”. The question I have is shouldn’t she be an example in leadership? Is this the type of management we are higher to bring customer service? My suggestion is there should be more extensive training in customer service than just having a strong focus on getting the order right. Taco Bell (Gahanna), Chipotle (161), McDonald’s (161) are some of the FEW supply food chains that are getting it RIGHT. I ask Management to please speak to Ms. Ashley, I will NEVER go back to this particular Burger King because of one person. Rude, obnoxious, irrate, and no where did I see an INCH of customer service skills.
We ask for certain items they told us they were sold out. The food we got was old and cold. The guy making the food had on gloves, but went to get another squirt bottle of ketchup and rub his hands all down the fixtures and wall as he went to get it. . After seeing this I wished I had not even wasted my time there.

Today i visited a BK in Chicago, went thru the drive thru went home to eat and share my sprite wit my 2yr old, when i finished eating and drinking my order i usually open my cup to eat the ice and i did i experience the most scariest and most disgusting thing ever, there was a metal piece from the ice scoop or ice container inside my cup, that looked like a closed claw with a white and gooey stuff on it! I went back to the BK spoke to the manager and she said sorry, here is a number where u can call for complaints. WTH didnt even get my money back for my order or inconvience. Had enough of store 3658 in Lower Manhattan. I initially had some issues with service a few months back in which I thought were behind me. The owner had contacted me and encouraged me to continue my patronage at that restaurant. Fast Forward to today. The store had a problem with the credit card system. After waiting several minutes, the system still wasn’t working and I was told in a not so nice way that they’re not accepting cards and yo pay cash. I left the store empty handed. This is my last straw with BK. In any given week, I spend between $60-$70 per week on food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Store 3658 will never get another cent from me . My family will never buy BK either. My lunch costs $10.99 and I’d rather spend some place where my placed order is appreciated. So long Bk.
I went thru the drive thru at Burger King on Kietzke Lane in Reno Nevada, when I was handed my drinks the lady dropped them all over my lap and the front seat and floor of my car. I went inside and she was ignoring that I was even there. They said that there was no manager working and that one would be there in about an hour. I called 2 hours later and the person who answered the phone said that there wouldn’t be a manager in until 9 which would be 3 hrs. I can’t get through corporate so I called the customer complaint line and they said that the manager would call me back within 3 business days. Today is Thursday and if I don’t receive a call by Tuesday of next week I am supposed to call back.
We always preferred BK above other Fast food chains. On April 10 around 5.30pm we stopped at your Mckinney, TX location (Order Nr. 89) and my wife wanted to try the newly advertised chicken sandwich. What we got handed was a ¼ inch black unidentifiable layer between the bun. We ask the employee to replace it with something eatable and got told it will be a while because they need to make fresh ones.
My wife decided to get a cheap hot dog to avoid any additional waiting time.
No price adjustment or refund was initial offered and I had to wait until the store manager finished her personal phone call to address this situation during leaving.
It would have been nice to get an apology, but that this was to much to ask because we felt that your store manager really didn’t like to get bothered.

I went to BK in Cedar Park, Tx last night on my way home from work. There were 5 cars in the lot and one car blocking the drive through. This is not the first time BK has used this method not to have a drive through window open. This BK continues to go down in service. What good does it do to do a remodel of the site and then service the customers by blocking the drive through. So I went to Whataburger – guess what there was a line in the drive through. Of course there was no car blocking the entry either. I have gone to BK here in Cedar Park for 17 years and watched it slide from a busy site to a grave yard – BK you might want to clean up your act.
The best part is that all these people are commenting on a aggregate website with ZERO CONNECTION TO BURGER KING. That is all.

The Burger King on University Drive in Huntsville Alabama is having all their grass mowed at 7:30 am today with a full Mariott Residence Inn right behind the mowers. It is very inconsiderate to awaken half a hotel at this hour with complete law mowing services. Why don’t they know this? change your mowing hours!!

I presently work for Burger King located in Clinton TN, 37716 on Charles G Seivers Blvd, I’ve been with the company for about 8 months and started in a cook position at $7.50 per hr, and have now took a porter position with NO raise since I’ve been hired, Even after being told I would have one OVER 3 MONTHS ago, And still have yet to get it and was told that it could be a good bit longer before I do get one if then, I’m a good worker, I’m on time, I complete my job duties daily, But when talk of a raise is brought up I KEEP getting put on the back burner I think this is ridiculous and not to mention unfair. I’ve tried to find the human resources number in our store and have had no luck so if i could I would like to speak to someone who may be able to do something about this, Sooner rather then later if possible.
The BK in Brooklyn on Dayhill Rd, showed a breakfast special which included pancakes, hash-brow, patty and a drink for $0.99, when I ordered that, the Manager started laughing at me. Instead of an apology for wrongful advertisement, I was laughed at!!! That is not the service I expected, especially from a Manager. If your flyers in windows show a particular special or deal, you should honor that or simply remove from window, but you don’t laugh at your customers and make them feel like idiots! What kind of management is that? I was very disappointed with the service and the way the manager handled the situation.
The Burger King in El Paso, TX mistreated me in the worst way! One of the employees kept staring at me without saying a word making me very uncomfortable and the cook just threw my burgers out to be bagged poorly folded. Afterwards, I checked one of my burgers and it had a slimy booger in it! I tried talking with Irene Rimple, the manager there, about it and even sent her a picture but she said I had to bring it in for her to do something about it. When I tried going, she left the store avoiding me altogether. So I called her and she said to give it to them so, and I quote, “they could make me another!” Can you believe that?! Why would I want the cook who just put a booger in my burger to make me another?!!! She offered me no refund and didn’t even say anything about firing or reprimanding the cook. Some of the burgers were slightly undercooked and raw but the booger was what I couldn’t believe or stand for. This is criminal and if I don’t get any justice soon, I will contact the authorities and file assault charges against them for intentional poisoning of my food. The manager and the employees involved all need to get fired and this place needs to get shut down before they end up damaging the good name and image of Burger King!
Recently I bought the jalapeno chicken fries and they looked totally different from the picture on the menu. And they were very dry.
I went to the Burger King in North Versailles. Pa last week on a Wednesday I ordered 2 kids meals a wopper lg fries and 2 fish sandwiches and a lg fries. When I got home there were no fish sandwiches so I called the store and told the manager he said I could go up and get the fish sandwiches and I said no that I couldn’t make it back up there, He said no problem he asked for my name and said the next time I was there I could get the sandwiches that he would write it in the book ok no problem. So I stopped today to get the fish sandwiches and the girl took the order and walked over to the manager and told him about it ok again no problem. Then while the manager was getting my sandwiches the cashiers walks back over to the manager and says something about the sandwiches and I heard him tell her he remembers me calling and he would have to find it in the book. She made me fell as though I was trying to get something for free. I had paid for those sandwiches . I will NEVER GO BACK TO THAT Burger King. I don’t ask for anything for free. and that’s how she made me feel as though I wanted something for nothing.
I live in a small town in Florida (Perry Fl, 32348) . i wanted to brag on the service and the food at the Burger King here in my home town. The employees always have a smile the inside and the outside of the store is very clean. The food is always hot and fresh. The manager Mrs Terrie takes care of the home town people making sure the store is clean and service is great. I believe Johnson and Johnson is the person who owns it.
This is regards to the Burger King restaurant located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Each time I have gone there (for lunch) the staff there has always screwed up my order in some way. It has been, no napkins or eating utensils given; no salad dressings provided with the salad; or the wrong burger, etc. I have called the manager there more than once to complain, but it seems that nothing gets done to correct this situation. I don’t know if anyone else has had the same problem/s as I have. What is it going to take to get through these employees, to do their jobs right and get the customers orders correct??

I really need to speak with the Distant Manager over the Burger King in Shreveport, LA on hearne ave. The employers there are very rude. I was rushed to order my food and the young lady by the name of Bre asked me could she help me find something on the menu and I told her no she can not to hold just a second. So then she said it again, and I said no ma’am are you in a rush she said “yes we on a time schedule”. So I asked what was her District Manger name she claim she did not know but her manager was there I told her I did not want to talk to her either. I pulled to the window and got the manager name which is Cilleria. I told her what the drive thru person was very rude and I need a contact number for the district manager of this location. Which she gave me a number to a guy name Alonzo I’m not sure if he’s over this location or not, I really think something needs to be done about this location because this isn’t the first, second or three time I have had problems out of the location. But out of the whole situation the manager never asked me what would I like to order. I would like to be contacted as quickly as possible about this matter.
I phoned bk headquarters after going thru the drive in order window in Culpeper va and being charged $7 for a small whopper meal when their order window says the meal isn’t even $5. I asked the window clerk what gives and she told me it all works out,its just the tax and I was prob thinking of the whopper jr meal.
I know how to read and I ordered the number 1,whopper small meal. this is the 3rd time in the last 2 months its happened. bk headquarters informed that a lot of their stores are franchised and they actually charge whatever they wish to but she’d take down my name and have the local dist manager call me,then offered me a ticket for a free whatever..wasn’t listening by that time. im tired of getting gouged by these fast food chains cause its add up esp when you travel a lot. im packing my food when I travel from now on at least until I can find a place that offers decent food at a reasonable fair stated price. I’d drive right on past this place if you live a budgeted lifestyle like most folks do.
You have the most rudest employees and the dumbest employees I have ever seen. The restaurants Denver, Colorado. You screwed up my order 3 times, wrong toppings, wrong drink and wanted onion and got fries. Also, I had a gift card and the machine is not working to take off from your machine. I have written you. Try speaking english and reading your computer screen, slow down and listen to the customers. You don’t need min wage increase. You don’t show that you have the skills to have a wage increase.
Another way BK could make a lot of money is home delivery. You could use “grubhub” or “order up” or “UBER cab” for home delivery or have your own people deliver. Their are a lot of home bound people that could use this service. So please consider this it would be appreciated.
Mcdonald’s just launched the “Frork”. I have an idea for BK to make some more sales introducing an item to beat out MCds for your awesome onion rings called the “Funion Ringer” one of the prototypes I’ve thought of would be a ring an eater would wear (similar to the ring pop design) with a clasp that could hold a couple onion rings and would allow for the eater to place the onion rings on it and scoop up fallen food items or dipp into sauces. I have a couple other ideas as well like “The ringer” which uses 2 onion rings as a grabber and dipper.

Since you remodeled the store in Lebanon mo.its dark outside looks closed.there is not much better lighting inside.the wi fi is corrupted and the atmosphere very cold.in stance it is clean but we can see it has not as much business as it use to.

I went into a Burger King Yesterday here in Michigan and ordered two of the new chicken sandwiches that are currently being advertised on TV. I ordered them to go. I got home and opened them up. Both of them were over cooked and looked nothing like what I saw on TV. They were much tinier than the bun, yet on TV it is clearly evident that the sandwich is bigger than the bun. (When the guy in the commercial waves his left hand with the chicken sandwich in hand, the chicken patty is clearly much larger than the bun). This always happens! When are fast food companies going to be held accountable for this!!!!????
You are not alone. I have had very poor customer service at the Burger King at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Each time I have gone their for lunch, the staff has screwed up my orders in some way. So sick and tired of this Burger King out here, and their screw ups.

Guys, it’s getting ridiculous that the size of some of your food is now at the same size as White Castle. I recently got a double cheeseburger. It is so small that it’s not even worth the money now. The same applies to your Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich. Hardee’s BEC sandwich is double the size of your now, for the same money. It sends the wrong message to you customers when you do this.

I went to the Burger King in Pendleton, SC and my drive thru experience was very terrible. Below I have my receipt and picture of my sausage biscut that seems to have a bite mark in it. They moved very slowly and made me wait to get my small order which took almost 10 minutes. I then get home which is 15 mins away from the Pendleton location to find that the sausage has a piece missing which looks like a bite mark. I hope this issue is resolved.

I visited the Burger King in Trotwood, Ohio and I was there from 8:15 to 8:48 and the reason is that the young worker gave my order to someone else. I was the first person and the last person to leave; everyone received their order on time but me and the only adult looking person came to my car almost 30 minutes and rudely stated that my order was given to someone else and there was no restitution made for the mistake at all. I spent sixteen dollars on my food and received it very late… I could not believe the way I was treated. Everyone in the place was very young and didn’t seem to care at all. I believe some restitution should be made for the improper handling of this sale.

We have the same issue…cannot use paper gift certificates received for christmas. Contacted BK using the feedback/contact link at the website over two months ago…no response yet. We have $40 of paper gift certificates and our local BK says they can’t be used, we must have an actual card.

I just got home from BK, opened my new chicken crispy sandwich to find ketchup on my sandwich! Wtf is this crap! I tried calling the store, no answer, I tried calling headquarters and no answer! One can only assume this location will be closing soon. I have never experienced such childish and rude behavior. The staff reflects the poor leadership. The manager is not fit to manage anyone, much less a team of teenagers. My family visited after church this past Sunday, around 12:45 PM. As we’re ordering, the manager tells another employee (loudly, so we can hear), that she needs to hurry and get the food out, because if she doesn’t, the customer will get mad, and then she’ll be mad, and have to curse them out.
Some of the younger workers in back were so loud and boisterous that we could hear them from where we were sitting near the back of the restaurant. My husband’s sandwich was not fresh, so he went back to ask for another one. He was treated so rudely that he just asked for his money back.
The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. It’s like walking into a party at someone’s home. I will not be returning to this store.

Two Saturday’s in a row now the hashbrowns tasted like shit. First time too tired too say anything after working 3rd shift. Next Saturday they were so awful I could have puked. Called the store and spoke to a mgr and she said she was sorry and I could come back and get another hashbrown at my convenience. I thought to myself I don’t want another hashbrown i want my food to taste good when it is presented to me. The hashbrowns were like hockey pucks. The breakfast sandwich was cold.

Went through drive thru at Al Qusais branch, DUBAI, UAE, (16/2/16- about 13.30 hrs) ordered only 3 items, forgot to pack one. Reached home to fine one missing. Called call centre to complain, said will be delivered to your home. Nearly 2 hrs, and nobody came. No one calls to apologise. Driver called to ask address. When called driver, everytime keeps on saying- will be there in 10 minutes. So at the end of 2 hrs, hungry me- complained to store manager- no great apology. Cancelled order, want refund. I have been to the Cobleskill, New York Burgher King . I could not believe my eyes, the cashier who took my dirty money – went over to the french fries, grabbed the handle of the scoop ( contamination ) and scooped the fries into the containers, and grabbed the fry container with her hand and had the thumb in the container touching the fries ( contamination ) . I was so disgusted by that . She never washed her hands, they don’t wear gloves, they don’t wear hear nets . Some girls had their hair pulled back but it was hanging out of the pony band . Disgusting ! That Burger King should be investigated ! I even saw them take food back over the counter ( contamination ) .
Ordered 2 bacon croissanwiches, got charged for 2 bacon egg and cheese and received 2 sausage croissanwiches.
Also ordered 5 pcm French toast Stix but got zesty cheese instead of syrup.
Got this order via drive thru and upon discovery of these incorrect items was very upset.

I saw the huge billboard “2 Whopper Meals for $10” in front of Store 6417 in Travelers Rest, SC yesterday close to 6 pm and waited in the drive thru line only to be told “We don’t have any Whoppers right now”. What?? How can Burger King, the Home of the Whopper, be OUT of their signature sandwich? That’s ok, I just went to Arby’s and they got my money. Unbelievable.

I went to the drive thru Burger King on Cross Link and Rock Quarry Rd. On Saturday January 28, 2017 at 11:23 pm, I ordered an OCS meal, I received my sprite and later got home to drink it and it taste like soap or some other type of cleaning chemical. I don’t live close to the Burger King so I called the store multiple times and didn’t receive a response. On top of this the person on drive thru was completely rude no manners what so ever. She rushed me to place my order, then she was rude at the window. Honestly this burger king should be shut down. I would like someone with the corporate office to contact me about this matter.
Would have love to fill out complaint form, but your website show server error on that page. Went to Burger King here in London, Ohio with my son for breakfast. Ordered a # 2 med size and a #5 Large size for my son. I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting on my food. We were the only ones in line. While I was waiting, 3 orders were received in the drive thru and passed out. The lady up front kept calling back drive thru orders while we waited. She then came back up to the front when someone else came in to order and then called back my order again but place the order behind me in front of the my order. So I watched the couple who ordered 12 mins after me get their food first. She had to call back my order again before I got it. The hash browns were cold because they were package soon after we ordered. I have had problems with this store in the pass. Figured we would give it another shot. I’m sure when you wait longer for your food then it takes to eat it.

I will not trade at Burger King #6818 anymore. I went in there between 12:30 and 1:00 PM. It took a half hour to be served. Also, while I was setting there I let three different groups in because the door was jammed (So I thought) After I did it a third time the Clerk came over to me and said the door was locked for a reason. She wanted the people to go through the Drive through. She said she didn’t want more than a few people in there and I don’t know why. She was angry that I did this. I go to this Burger King to order 2 Oreo shakes, one for me & the other for my daughter. “supervisor” Dawn REFUSES to make my order simply because I requested them with whip cream & Oreo topping (pls google Burger King Oreo shakes and you will see that’s how they come by default). Dawn tells me they no longer make it with Oreo crumbs on top of the whip cream b/c “that’s a waists” as if giving me what I pay for is a waste (I can’t make this shit up). She continues to deny my order of $6 for a few cents worth of Oreo toppings and sarcastically tells me to have a nice day. PLEASE explain to me how this moron got promoted to management when she has NO idea how to run a business! She completely failed to realize as a supervisor you’re supposed to bring money IN not send it away! And what happened to customer service and HAVE IT YOUR WAY????? Anyway I called the Burger King customer complaint hotline, put in a complaint & got a free gift card (thank you Dawn!!!), then I went to McDonalds, bought myself a mocha latte (and they drizzled hot fudge on top of the whip cream without me asking 🙂 I bought my daughter a strawberry banana smoothie and paid less, so, yes Dawn, I ended up having a great day!!!! There are a lot of people that do not eat pork, either for religious or health reasons. There should be at least one permanent non pork item on your breakfast menu that is considered a breakfast meal. We want meat in the mornings. There are a lot of people that don’t consider Burger King for breakfast because you guys do not have non pork products.
If you add a non pork product I believe that in time you will get a lot more revenue, once people learn that you have an option for them.
May I suggest going to Chick-fil-A or Hardees. You can get a chicken or a steak biscuit there.

Ive been having this trouble myself. I worked at the Burger King in west Plains Mo and in Springfield Mo back in 2015. They deny me my w2 and give me the run around. Ive called headquarters, the franchise home office and went to talk to my manager personally. Finally had to give up on my 2015 w2 but I will not give up on the one for 2016. Ive contacted a lawyer and am in the process of making sure burger king knows that they cant withhold w2s. The district manager Brenda is the worst.
Call your local (or Federal) IRS OFFICE. Tell them I need a copy of a W-2 form. They have the original from ur employer. Might also try ur employer…PERSONAL DEPT/PAYROLL

Hello. I worked at the Burger King in Harmarville, PA Full-Time for a brief period of time and they have made it increasingly difficult to get my final paycheck. I just wanted to let someone know that this needs looked into so it does not happen to other employees. I will be contacting the Department of Labor if this does not get sorted out soon. The Gluckstadt (Madison) Mississippi new restaurant has the worst service and employees. Since the day they were open they have not been able to get it together. Always 30 minute drive through wait while employees laugh and play instead of filling customer orders. Today restaurant part was closed but drive through was open, and out of sprite and cokes. The week before couldn’t get waited on by staff. The week before out of everything but chicken. When is Burger King going to come in and take charge of this mis managed store and make it something they can be proud of? There is even a thread on the Gluckstadt,MS Facebook page on how terrible this place has been running since day one… only One month.

My food literally had to be basting in some bacterial filled juices for several hours. The mayonnaise had turned yellowish with a clear looking silver lining. The chicken had turned from that golden crisp to a beige center working its way outwards.
To top it off the my onion rings had a lee press on fingernail or some plastic looking thing that look like finger nail in it. I actually bit this thing. After the fingernail nearly being ate I dissected this sandwich to look at what I had the luck of buying. The tomatoes was actually peeling off like that plastic ring around bologna, look liked plastic. The lettuce was brown, green and yellow take your pic on how fresh that was.
The manager was very nonchalant, barking orders at the employees. It seems she should focus those orders on food quality and not who should hand out the ketchup.
The time was 12:50 pm, 1/3/2017 that I made this purchase.
The service and poor quality is the NEW, HIGH STANDARD BK HAS SET…for your well-being & sanity, please don’t spend ur money at BK.

We ate at the Denison, Texas Burger King around 1:00 pm on 12/27/2016. They were obviously greatly understaffed and struggling with the lunch rush; however, the three ladies working kept their focus and were incredibly gracious and poised. The manager was apologetic and kept a cool head, leading her people in a way that instilled calm and focus. I think management would have been very proud. Thanks ladies!

Let me start off by saying that I love Burger king! But I’m not happy customers on December 16, 2016 I went through the drive thru order ice creams one in the cup, one on cone. I didn’t get get my receipt but I know it cost $2.20! So check my card Monday to see how much money do I have it said that I have $5 and cent and at burger king December 19, 2016 you have charged $16.10 it told two days for the transition to take off my card. The location it happened at was Jackson, Tn on Stonebridge. When up the location and show them my phone where I charged $16.10 they say they can’t find out what happened. Given them my information and time I was up there.

I went to get breakfast this morning at a location Houston, TX. When I got to work at sat at my desk and took my food out I notcied a thing of keys with a BK white card on the keys. This automatically struck me as a surprise to have these dirty keys on my food for one and the fact that someone was so irresponsible to have got them in my bag. The problem is for one I have been calling them since this morning and got no answer, then when someone did answer all they said was ok bring them please thanks. For one I’m at work and for two I work more than 30 miles away from that location but a little appreciation would have done some justice. I didn’t eat my food because I then didn’t trust it but I’m disappointed in BK at the bad selection of managers because this situation could have easily turned very bad. I can take them back and don’t mind but I would have liked a little appreciation or at least some gas or my money back for the food. I’m going to have to drive my car back to them

I have been hired at burger king and haven’t worked since last Friday because they haven’t got my uniform yet. It has been a full week. I am so broke and I have a one year old baby to support. This enterprise is a waste of space and time. It is cruel to think that someone is about to be a be able to start working upon hiring them, promise them they can come into work Wednesday, and then say “oh, maybe Friday we will have your uniform.” Not to mention NOT getting a free meal on top of SHIT pay. We have Whopper Wednesdays in London. We have been steady customers at the one in London at Argyle. On the 7th of December, we went as always. They had 3 or 4 people working on getting food to the drive through and 1 person working inside to handle the walk-ins. There are 2 cash registers and when there is a line up of 5 to 10 people, I would think that they should move someone to handle that overload. It took approx. 25 minutes for our order to be taken then another 5 to 10 to get it. The person was taking the order, then going and filling it while everyone else had to wait. I do give her credit for doing the best job she could. She kept on apologizing for the wait. There should have been at least one person to fill the orders while the other person was taking it. This is supposed to be fast food and to wait that long is very bad. We will try again but if this happens again, we might go somewhere else.

I have filled out several applications at the Kingdom City, Mo Burger King and there is an employee that doesn’t like me, so she gives it to a manager that will just throw it away for her, or she’ll throw it away herself . They never give it to the General Manager like they should be doing. I have been told by other employees this and they have contacted the District Manger about it. I will also be going to talk to the General Manager directly this weekend. This is ridiculous. I have worked at Burger King before and if I had been 18 I would have became a manager. In one of the burger Kings, two of the young employees were sitting in front of me talking about the crap they just seen on TV, thing is,,,,,,they believed it.Please teach your kids that not every thing they hear on TV news is true. Burger King have some really poor Management running there store. It takes forever to get your dam food and when you get it, its cold. I was at a Burger King in Utah 1350 S State Street, Clearfield 84015. I ordered a whopper with cheese combo and also got a order of chicken nugget to go. As I left Burger King, I reach into the bag to get some fries and there fires was cold. it was not even fresh, it was old fries. I then stopped to check my food and the chicken Nugget I paid for was also cold. I called the store about the food and the Manager ( Corbin) said they couldn’t do anything, I was like WTF I want my money back. They refuse to give my money back and refuse to get me fresh fries and chicken nugget. I WILL NEVER EAT AT A BURGER KING STORE AGIAN!!!

I’m not sure who to contact. I set in the drive thru for 40 min last week. I love your burgers but this was ridiculous. I was third car in line with one behind me. We all backed up and left. The store is in Woodbury New Jersey . This is not the first time. It’s seems that your staff have no training or no supervision. My daughter was in the drive thru lane at Burger King in Kingwood, Texas at 6 pm on Monday, November 29th when she ordered a #13 and a sprite. When she got to the window the high school student working that night took her credit card and then handed her a sprite and the card. She wanted to know where her #13 was and he told her she never ordered anything but a sprite. She asked if she could get her chicken and fries now and he told her that she would have to go back in the drive thru line again and replace her order. There were no cars behind her and she was the only one there. He still made her go around. She left and I went down to talk to the manager, a Spanish lady, to explain to her what happened and she could care less. She never once apologized nor told me that was their policy. I told her that I would never be back and she looked at me and wanted to know if I wanted to order something. I said you must be kidding and she laughed as if nothing happened. If this is the kind of customer service you get at Burger King, believe me, I will never go back, as if you really care!
This is sick, the corporate site has a 2.2 rating, the readoak texas BK is even worse, you can easily read the reviews yourself, that is if anyone reads these.
While traveling to Atlanta, leaving the Mufreesboro, TN area I visited the Budget King (next to the Wendy’s & Raceway) and ordered the 2 for $10 Whopper Deal with cheese. After taking 2 bites, my whopper was extremely salty to the point I thought I ate a salt cube! I dissected the Burger and removed the pickles and most of the cheese thinking maybe it we’re those items. My 3rd bite was the same. I threw my Whopper Burger away. I stopped 1.5+ hours later, I was still trying to elimate the heavy salt tasts in my mouth. I stopped in/past Chattanooga to get a bottle water. It still has not gotten rid of the heavy salt taste in my mouth whereas I’m starting to not feel well!

Hello I was visiting Greensboro nc me and my family are from Texas so I happen to stop at BK on Martin Luther king blvd I must say I honestly don’t see how that place has not been closed down I pulled on to what i thought was a friendly family establishment only to be met with 2 staff members outside in front of the doorway smoking so once we all fought our way through the smoke in which they did not even budge I gripped my children closer walked in and was even more appauled at the fact that the store was filthy I looked at my husband and said no way are we eating here but the kids insisted on BK got to love them right they are so young and just don’t understand so after trying to explain to them we are going to find another location about 2 crying fits in we have in went against our better judgement and ate at this location food was horrible well at least mine and my husbands was. BK has had such a long standing history in the world of fast food but this location here had tarnished your reputation as a company I hope to see this location pick up the pieces unfortunately I will not return to see it only due to the fact it is not kid friendly in my book me and my husband are none smokers and to be subjected to smoke walking into this establishment was just shameful please do better.

I am an employee at BK38 and making a complaint about an employee who disrespect and gets into it with everybody and the store manager keep saving him despite all the problems he cause in the store with everyone. He burnt me with the fry oil and didn’t apologize 2 weeks ago then last week last week he called me out my name I let that go then today November 21, 2016 I’m talking to another employee through the headsets and he said “THIS DICK” I told him stop playing with me, he act like he didn’t know it was me then walked past me talking crazy brushing his shoulders against mines but trying to make it seem he trying to move out my way. One he came in my space and two he touched me no matter what kind of touch it was he still touched me so pushed him by his head and they overlooked the point he came in my space and touched me and sent me home and had him to stay and he already been written up for this kind of problem before when he got into it with the shift manager multiple times so something needs to be done ASAP!!!!
I would just like to say I just had a very unpleasant experience at your Tanger Outlet location in Charleston, SC. We could has chosen a variety of other places to eat, but we chose you.
1. No sodas – The soda machine was out and there was no tea. We were still given a cup and charged for a soda. They did allow me to exchange it for water.
2. Sandwiches were incorrect and remade 3 times – everyone makes mistakes and I got over it, which brings me to my main problem…
3. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – at no time with all of the errors should the cashier be rolling her eyes because our food had to be remade. This is totally unacceptable. I really like Burger King but I was very disappointed tonight. I am more disappointed that I am on vacation in SC and I am in the hotel writing to you.
In all fairness the Manager was very helpful and actually jumped in to make the sandwich herself, which I appreciate, but the remaining employees really need to be retrained.

I have a terrible complaint at a Burger King restaurant in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. I took the mrs to the Dixie Rd and Burhamthorpe restaurant on Friday November 18, 2016, and we ordered a whopper combo each one with cheese. it was clean and quiet until we sat and began to eat dinner. About 15 teenagers came in throwing ice around, play fighting yelling and screaming then spitting paper balls through straws, I can’t believe the manager let this behavour go on for a half an hour until they decided to leave. I am asking for a full refund and someone look at the security cameras and see what is disturbing the customers other than us. on certain Fridays I’ll get a breakfast sandwich and coffee with cream. Most of the time, there is no stir stick. So a few weeks ago I called the BK manager to complain. today…. again…. NO stir stick for the coffee and no straw for the soda…. Why is it so hard to get what the simple things?
Corporate needs to visit this BK location: 2301 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. It has lots of issues. Soda machine filthy. Ketchup empty and disgusting. Warm inside. Overall cleanliness. Floors dirty. I feel sorry for the homeless, but I don’t want to be eating next to them in a restaurant. Even though the service and food was good I would not want to return to this location. I have visited this location many times and things never change! Whoever manages this location really needs to be retrained.

Yesterday evening around 720pm we went to drive threw burger king in clinton ms. We were told to hold on for about 7-8 minutes in drive threw then told drive threw was down and we had to come inside. So i pulled around and went inside. I ordered a veggie burger with thousand island they said they was out of thousand island i said ok plain she said oh yeah we are out of veggie burgers i was like fine ill take fries. Then i ordered a whopper for my husband with mayo lettuce and tomatoes she said oh we are out of mayo too. The whole time i was inside during this i saw them repeadly passing orders threw the drive threw. i also told em i wanted sweet tea and a dr pepper they said they out of all drinks accept mellow yellow and fanta. I really think they did this cause i was white and it was a all black staff working. I do not believe they where out of everything i ask for considering veggie burgers arent that popular i find it really hard to believe they ran out or they really dont have decent manager that keeps inventory because there was no excuse to run out of mayo all sodas but 2 types and thousand island and ranch. Corporate needs to get a handle on how there employees work. So i ended up just getting a mellow yellow and the lady said that will be two dollars and some change .. really some change ill never eat at another burger king in that area. they was playing on there phone between orders and they lied about drive threw being down. We went to burger king in Smyrna TN. One muslim 2blacks. They just starred at us and walked away. Than came back and walked away. Than muslim with hijab came over and starred at us than walked away. Today, November 22nd . At 11:46pm (it’s now 12:22am) me and a friend of mine decided to drive through your Knightdale location and order two 10 piece nuggets and two cups of water. After receiving the food we pull forward into a parking space to eat. After I eat 2 nuggets, while looking down to grab another I notice a white substance spread across 3 of my nuggets( I have pictures) I attempt to call the Burger King I’m located at and it is now 12:00am on the dot the phone lines immediately rings busy. I am beyond disappointed & disgusted but extremely curious as to what this is on my food
It wasn’t fully cooked I’ve worked at Wendy’s in pinckney mi. We had a lot of McDonald’s customers coming over with the same problem because McDonald’s didn’t cook the nuggets all the way at least 10 times a day

I literally just made it home sat down at the table ready to eat my breakfast .. in which I ordered a 5 piece French toast meal it comes with hash browns as well. So anywho I get alllllllll the way home and my hash brown are under cooked, my French toast are undercooked everything is soggy and cold ! Within 5mins of me purchasing it !! Worst experience, I have ever had. Today, I went to Burger King in Loganville, GA. (4221 Atlanta Hwy). I rarely ever go to fast food, I ordered 2 for $4 crossandwich, and as I go to eat my sandwich the egg tasted like cleaning supplies. Absolutely disgusting. I tried the other sandwich plus the burrito and they also had the same taste. Now I’ve eaten breakfast. Before from burger king and no taste of chemicals in the egg. The shift manager on duty said it was the way their eggs tasted and she wouldn’t refund my money, so I told her to taste the egg herself and that’s when her attitude changed and she issued a refund. She never apologized nothing. I will be letting my family and friends know to spread the word. Not only the food but the time we waited with us being the only customers in lobby was outrageously way too long.
Burger King is FANTASTIC, their burgers are almost as good as McDonalds and EVEN better than KFC, I LOVE BK SOOOOO much. Their food is delicious, their ALL good, KFC BK McD’s P hut I love them all. I like all their burgers, all the ones I have ever tried were really good. I must try the other ones. I have high expectations and BK meats them all, even surpasses some of them. And I have very high standards. BK is good and I don’t care who tries to tell me their bad for you, their not that bad really.
There is a manager at Paris Illinois burger King who is rude to his employees and treats his employees awful and doesn’t talk to his managers when he schedules people it has caused a number of problems I have also heard him threaten people and a former precloser of his quit cause he only gave the guy tiny hours cause h didn’t want the guy to get promoted. My daughter and I ordered the Rodeo Chicken sandwich last night from Burger King #14399 in Arlington, TX. After eating half of the sandwich I realized the texture of the meat had changed. Once I spit out what I thought was a piece of fat, I looked at the sandwich and noticed that the chicken was raw. Unfortunately, my young daughter already finished her sandwich before I could inspect it for raw chicken. I took pictures of the sandwich and returned to the restaurant immediately. The employees were disgusted and very apologetic. I was given a full refund and offered a replacement meal (which I declined). I also called the customer service number on the receipt to file an indecent report, posted the pictures on social media, and filed a complaint with the City of Arlington (Food Regulation Department). I am appalled that there are so many reports of raw chicken being served at Burger King. I hope changes are made before more customers are harmed.
I have been going to Burger King since 1965 when I was in Miami and going to junior high school. Back then, you could get a Whopper for 45 cents. But what I’m seeing today when I go to any of their restaurants is that they serve spoiled food. Iceberg lettuce which has absolutely no nutritional value compared to Romaine lettuce will turn yellow when it is spoiled. Nowadays whenever I go to any Burger King restaurant, I always tell them not to put any lettuce on any sandwiches I order because before that I would find myself constantly picking out the spoiled lettuce so it would not make me sick

I was having a bad morning, not feeling well and the girl working the drive thru window had such a positive attitude and was so pleasant that it helped the mood I was in. I find it that it is rude and disrespectful to hire my wife to the company and have to fight with management to recive a schedule, she was hired at the burger king in white hall west virginia and the reginal manager there his name is tony jones, she has been trying to get a scheduel for the past week and has gotten a hold of him through text to get a hold of him to see whats going on she always gets a response saying he will call her with a scheduel and yet he has failed to do so. If nothing is done i will be getting in contact with people that specilize in handleing theses matters.

good afternoon, on tuesday night i went to University of the West Indies Burger King and made a order that consist of the Number 3 (burger with bacon) with no pickle or onion, i went to class right after i got my order, after taking 2 bites of my burger i realize that my burger was raw and funky, when i took it back the supervisor there (miss.Grant) looked at me and laughed in my face and telling me that i cant get a refund because i spent 1 hour with my meal and after 1 hour the meal is going to have some sort of smell… i really need you guys to look into these foolish employees because they make your establishment look dumb, and she did have the courtesy to offer me another mean…

I am so annoyed with the Burger King in Potomac MD. I ordered the eggnormous burrito by itself instead of the meal because it has everything in it. HOWEVER the lazy cook made fresh hash browns and did not put any in my burrito. She also gave me one small piece of bacon and a bunch of sausage which I hate. My recent experience at Burger King in Clarkston MI left me feeling ill. I got some apple pies and after I ate the first one. I have placed an delivery order at 4:30 to your Saudi arabia – Jeddah call centre and after 5 mins somebody called me back to ask me to send a location which i have done it immediately. But later after 1 hrs at 5:40 pm somebody called me to confirm the address and which has been delivered at my residence at 6:30pm.
I have beeen to UK,US & Singapore but never faced any issue with BK and they were always on time. But this kind of thing will definitely impact negative to your brand image.
I went to burger king in kelso Wa, on my lunch break, first your icee machine was broken which is what i came there for in the first place, when i asked the person working got rude with me, Then i ordered a medium drink with no ice. When i gave my money and she gave my change back she gave me an old wrinkled up 10$ bill back and tried to hide that it was torn down the middle and taped up horribley. Then when i asked for a different bill she got mad that she had to have someone else come and open her drawer. Then when she gave me my drink that was supposed to have no ice it was full of ice almost no soda. and the fry sauce she gave me had a hole in the lid and tasted like it had gone bad. Then when i left and went to eat my chicken fries that i had ordered (Plain ones) They gave me nasty ones that smelled almost like mold and looked nasty. So i just wasted my money and im not very happy and i wasted my whole lunch break.
Yesterday, I stopped by Burger King on Bear Valley Rd and Cottonwood in Victorville to get my 3 year old daughter some french toast sticks. We got home, she takes everything out of the bag and brings me an empty syrup container. With this red tab thing on the inside of the syrup foil, (Which looks to me as an ant trap) I go look in her bag and this is what I see! Ants everywhere in that bag!!! My 3 year old could have gotten poisoned by the ant trap, or my God what if she ate some of the aunt’s because in the car I handed her the bag without looking at it and she started eating the French toast when I got home and saw the and I took the French toast out of her hands and dumped it in the bag along with the fries that I had in my bag.

I was at the burger King in Indiana PA on December 8…. We went in and ordered our food and sat down to eat… Well went to get our drinks and the soda machine was covered in nats and sticky soda… No one ever cleaned it… When we finally got out food it was cold And nasty….. And the garbage was over flowing and disgusting getting attacked from nats as we ate in the dining room disgusting and rude…. What is the story behind the online comments listed on the receipts? The last time I visited a Burger King which was last July, I tried to complete the survey. Halfway through the questions the web page locked up. I waited, and in 6 minutes the first time and 8 minutes of waiting, the second, the web page logged me off. When I went to try again, I was told I can only fill out a bk experience once a month. I never filled out a questionnaire once let alone a second time. But your computer says I already completed a survey. Nice way to eliminate having to give out free food.!!
We stopped at the Morton Travel Plaza store ID 4WVBKG40 in WV on Sept 13, 2016 and got $19.38 in food, food that was cold not warm at all. We haul semi truck expedite freight and did not have time to go back inside and wait another 1/2 for our food so needless to say we did not eat the cold old food and I am requesting a refund of my $19.38. I was driving by one of your stores in Fort Wayne, In today about 3:10pm and observed one of your employees at his car facing Illinois state Rd and saw him urinating by his car still with his BK shirt on. I called the store manager and she said she knew who I was talking about and would take care of it. I wanted you to be aware of what was going on so that you could follow up on it. So I was wanting some breakfast. Pulled into Burger King in New Port Richey, Fl because it was not out of my way. First off the drive thru was blocked off. I go inside. Just one person in front of me waiting on her order. The lady ask the manager why the drive thru is closed. The manager said, because we have having new monitor installed and don’t want to crash the entire system. ( I call Bullshit ) Not one work truck around. Not anyone working in the back. Finally I get waited on, Got 2 for 4 ( Sausage, egg, cheese croissants). It took the girl in the kitchen a little while to get the two orders, Mine and the lady in front of me. Once I finally get out the door and down the road. I bite into one of the croissants. The food was hot, but when did they start only putting on a half slice of cheese. I have to tell you about the last couple of times that I have been in your store. Your service is SLOW…which really doesn’t make sense to me because your restaurant is never crowded. I was in your store on 52 in Goose Creek SC on Saturday 9/10/16 and my son and I ordered the Whopper meals for $10.00. After waiting 10 minute for our food with no drinks because the person never gave us our cups for the drinks we finally received our food. I asked for our cups we filled them and we left. I live 1 traffic light away from the restaurant, I got home and my burger was ice cold, like it had been sitting there not even on the warmer. You would think that having to wait the 10 minutes for your food that it would have been made fresh right? That is what I would have thought too! Needless to say I really feel your restaurant has gone completely down the tubes and it really isn’t worth the $10 deal that you have. People come to your restaurant for hot food and fast service EPIC FAIL!! You are losing some really great customers because your service standards suck.

Hi I am from Follansbee West Virginia where we have a burgerking. there is a manager there who harasses me when I talk to somebody or my friends from a neighboring Sunoco station where my friends work he will go in there and I happen to be there he will make insinuations that the girl is terrified because I am there and this guy yells at me to go and leave but none of this is true I know the girls and what he is telling me is not true because nothing happened, he thinks he’s some tough guy because he is a manager/worker at Burgerking and he is saying things and accusing me of things that are not true and I feel so harassed over this guy is there anything I can do to stop this guy? How would I deal with this problem?

Last week on Friday morning I went to the Burger King located at 3200 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH 43202 and I had to turn around and go back as the order was incorrect. I ordered 4 bacon, egg and cheese croissants, I received 4 with sausage. The week before that a truck was at the drive thru with the ramp blocking the way to the pick up window. I understand things happen, but this morning I went to order 4 beacon, egg and cheese croissants and was told they were out of bacon! I then ordered 4 with just egg and cheese and they were out of eggs. This is ridiculous!!!!! What kind of restaurant offers to serve breakfast and does not have the items on the menu. This was at 7:30am.
I’m a former employee of Burger King in California, Maryland. My friend and I quit after only a month of working there due to the Main Manager’s attitude and sass that did NOT need to follow her to work. My friend had planned to quit a week in advance of me since school had started but she ended up quitting the day before me due to the main manager making her literally CRY while she was on the job. She was done and quit right on the spot. The restaurant, itself, is filthy and the main manager does not know how to do her job. She asked me to come in early the day before I was supposed to quit and I never got to drink anything, eat anything, or even have a break while on the job. I’m 17 years old.
Burger King in Jackson Square mall never opens on time. Schedule says 9am, always opens at 10. Currently is Sunday at 10:12 am, supposed to be open at 10, called to confirm and a gentleman rudely say “I’ll be open when I’m ready”
I’d be ok, if the schedule online could be corrected. not sure why any business is allowed to open up against the times listed on their website.

I just had an interesting experience at one of your locations in mobile Alabama at the st Stephens rd location. When I came to the drive through and placed my order your employee asked me if I ordered that a few minutes prior and drove off, I replied “no ma’am” in which she popped off “yeah ya did” so I drove around to the window and asked what the issue was and she accused me of placing orders and driving off, and then asked me very rudely “what did you order” while I was sitting at the window trying to pay her…. Sounds like no big deal, her attitude and how she started my drive through experience and her short responses made me upset. That particular location has to be the most filthy location I have ever stopped at. There were piles of trash in the parking lot and the drive through, the staff is extremely rude, during a previous visit, a gentleman that worked the window, who was polite, handed me my food with his hands covered in scabs and band aides wearing no gloves, made me lose my apotite. I would love to address my experiences at that particular location with the franchisee but unfortunately burger kings does not list the store number, franchisee company name, email or phone number online or on the drive through window as do your competors. After numerous horrible visits to this particular location I am choosing to take my business elsewhere.

London Ohio, Burger King has messed up our order 3 times. We called them to let them know and the manager was very rude and said he would not replace it. Today, I ordered something from burger king and I had a very bad experience, I placed my order at 11:38 AM and it delievered to me at 1:10 PM and the meal was pathetic it was too Messy( vegetables and patty were smashed and coming out from the buns) and the food was less than the room temperature.
This is not acceptable, I spent 280 INR for my order however the food does not deserve that amount.
I’m from maple valley, Covington Washington area. We used to have a Berger king in Covington, but the people running it new nothing about, the idea that they were 1 st in business to serve the public, and give them there best! The food was terrible, not anywhere up to Berger king standards. The help was as poor as the food, inside the restaurant was not a place you wanted to sit and eat your Berger. They went out of business, because they forgot what they were there for. First to serve the public, give them a very good product, with dedicated help, then all the rest will come. We love Berger king when they are at the top of there game, please come back! There is defiantly a place for you .
There is definitely something going wrong with the Burger King on Milan Road, Sandusky, Oh. I have been there three times in the past two months. The first time I was there I sat in line for a total of 25 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. The fries I was given were a fall of potatoes. The second time I went there I was stuck in the line for 45 minutes with five cars in front of me. Both times I paid for my order and waited 15 minutes or so. Tonight (3rd) I went there and sat at the ordering station for ten minutes and no one ever asked for my order. I will Never go there again. It is utterly ridiculous and should not be allowed to operate.

Dear Sirs, I would like to draw your attention to the situation with BK restaurants in Russia. We were indeed extremely happy several years ago when BK arrived at the Russian market with perfect burgers, not even comparable with McDs ones. However, lately the situation has changed terrifically. The quality of burgers within approximately last half a year is much lower than it used to be before. Both the roll and the meat cutlet do not even hardly resemble the ones that we were used to before. It seems that the company responsible for the brand in Russia has changed the suppliers moving to probably local and worse ones. Well, they are discrediting your brand! They are selling whoppers under your brand that can’t be named a whopper. They probably want to keep the prices at a competitive level with McDs and other fast food companies – but the quality under a certain brand is not the thing that you can forget about! I feel awfully sorry for foreign guests coming to Russia and hoping to get under a certain brand the food they’re used to – and as a result – getting a fully indigestible staff. It would be good if you think of your cooperation with the Russian branch – up to withdrawing your brand from the Russian market in case they continue to serve the same quality food as now. Thanks a lot for your attention.

The Burger King Counter and Signage was exactly the same as were the waiters uniforms.
I travel to Portugal often and I will not it use again.
On a more serious note: I have tried to get an email address for BKHQ to complain directly but I couldn’t find one. You can imagine that although we were only a party of 8 travellers, Just imagine the thousands upon thousands of UK and other European Burger King fans that travel to Portugal and have used this outlet (Probably for the LAST time)

I am very appalled at a commercial I just saw on my local television. The Commercial showed 2 high school aged young girls seated at a table in a Burger King. The girls in the commercial stated”cafeteria food is terrible” Burger King is great! I am offended by this statement because I am a food service director for a local school system. I work very hard to make the school Food Service food delicious, while staying within sodium & caloric guidelines. When you as a company say cafeteria food is terrible it directly effects how “my” students react to lunch from the cafeteria. I really wish you would think about the youth you are gearing your commercial toward and perhaps put in a plug for the struggling school lunch programs that have guidelines to follow. Please be more observant of what you as a company say about “cafeteria ” food, we are hear to help kids make healthy choices and you are not helping.
Well, they fired me and haven’t even told me personally. She (Silvia) suspended me bc I didn’t come in the day I told her I wasn’t coming in lol how about that? I told her it was my daughters birthday and I requested it off on the calendar since I started working there. She says “Yeaa but I can’t give you that day off” I said “Well it’s my daughters birthday and that’s not something I can just miss” she says “Then since you’re off tomorrow, can you come in around 4”? I said “Yes sure I’ll try, let’s see how I feel..” Turns out I got sick and couldn’t even talk on the phone. I was stuck at home sick as a dog with a stomach virus and my 5 year old.. Even my phone was off, I was dead. The following day I woke up and texted her (I usually texted her so that there was proof I contacted her) she never responded, I called and no answer. So the following day I did the same, still no response, turns out her phone broke. So I called the job the following day and rather her talk to me, she had the new asst. manager talk to me. I asked him what’s going on and why aren’t I on the schedule (as told from the other asst. manager) he says “She wants to know what do you want” I explained and he responds with “Oh, bc you didn’t show up..” I told him “That’s bull, I told her I wasn’t coming and the next day I couldn’t bc I was sick as a dog. Since then, I’ve been tryna reach out to her and she hasn’t made it her business to contact me either” he says “Yeaa, I don’t know, that’s what she said” I told him to have her call me. It’s been 2 weeks I haven’t heard from her. Nd the last message I got from her from one of the OTHER asst. managers (Dilania) is for me to bring in my uniform. I told her NICELY “I will NOT bring in my uniform until she can PERSONALLY as a “MANAGER” tell me what’s going on and if I’m fired, I want a good explanation why” I STILL haven’t heard from her.
I did call corporate and I still haven’t heard from them either but I will be calling everyday if I need to, not just for myself but for the other employees there. Including my brother that after a year, she’s trying to fire as well (coincidentally) smh if she gets away with this, do I have to get the courts involved like cmon now. We’re adults, let’s act like it.
Sounds like what I’m going thru now except I put in a two week notice and she worked me like a hog the first week and didn’t put me on the schedule the next.
It kinda sounds to me like you’re a terrible employee to work with and getting rid of you was like getting rid of a migraine. When you work for a company like Burger King, the best thing you can do is work WITH your manager to schedule shifts that work for both of you and for the other employees; you don’t get to dictate how your manager sets shifts and your personal life is inconsequential if you are needed for a shift that nobody else can cover. It’s the nature of the job, and refusing to show up for a shift you’ve been scheduled is a failure on your part, not your manager’s. It’s also vain, petty, and entitled. I would absolutely have fired you.
My 16 year old son was fired from Burger King in Rochester Hills, MI by inept, unqualified, and rude manager named Christina Belcher. She kept giving him conflicting schedules which she would change without prior notice, and when he protested, she fired him. When I called to discuss this with her, she did not seem to think she had done anything wrong and in fact had the audacity to say that it was his fault. I hope Burger King upper management can figure out why such tactless humans are hired as managers. BTW other employees had similar complaints regarding her! People…if you live near this Burger King, make it a point to avoid sending in your minors to work there. They will crush their morale for life.
I just got done watching Mercy for Animals video of Burger Kings Dairy products employees beating, kicking, dragging, punching and desecrating the cows. How can you let this go on?? These people should never be allowed around animals. They are horrible pieces of filth. You have to do better than this Burger King. You have to be watchful over the animals that are giving their dairy products and their lives for you to capitalize. I will never go back to our Burger King again, and I am going to look into how the rest of the fast food markets deal with the animals that they depend on.
The BK in wapakoneta ohio. My wife and I ordered 2 cherry ices. As we approached to the window the manager in the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful and he commented on my health condition and laughed like it was a joke. If nothing is going to get done with this i will sue BK!! I have just gone to the Burger King on Naperville Blvd. in Naperville, Illinois. I have never been more disappointed with service in my life! The person (man with blonde hair in a high ponytail) was rude and disrespectful from the very beginning. When taking my order, I asked for a few minutes to locate my coupon and before I found it the response was “you ready now?” Mind you one person was in the store and no one was in line behind me (with service like this I’m not surprised in the least) I finally rushed my order making sure to exaggerate that my sandwich was to have NO MEAT just the egg and cheese. Low and behold when I received my food there was eat on both sandwiches… which again I felt was outrageous as there was no rush and no customers. When I circled the drive thru again to ask that I get another sandwich I was mocked as he went to get new sandwiches….or did he?! When we received the new sandwiches it smelledģtasted of meat so I walked in the store and calmly asked for my money back as it was not to my liking… the guy yelled at me in front of the one family in the store that he gave me new sandwiches. As I walked out the door he mocked and made fun of me to the point the customer turned to look at me! I will NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! I am shocked if this is the kind of employee you want representing your brand… if so shame on you! What a abusive person! Sorry I just can’t get over it! I am so disappointed!!!! He made sure to take all receipts etc. So I couldn’t follow up. Really hope he isn’t management but I will be speaking to someone if not at that store than to everyone I know!
I will never ever eat at Burger King again!! My 17 teenage daughter used to work at Burger King in Mcdonough, Georgia. She was frustrated that she was bullied at work and protected herself only to be let go!! I do not care that this awful company separated from her, but I do care that she has NOT received her pay since March 2016!! I have read so much sickening things about BK. I worked at one in Missouri and got bullied, almost assaulted and when I told the manager and ask him to watch the tape, he didn’t. This is a loser company. I had to put something in between me and this other person to stop her. I am with you. I am going to call the Labor Department and turn them in. The thing that did me in was he accused me of stealing and I didn’t take his lousy money. When I tried to tell him where it was he walked away. I guess they just didn’t want me there because I’m white. That was a Saturday – I ended up in the hospital Sunday; they thought I had a stroke. My granddaughter worked for burger King in san angelo tx in may of 2016. She quit after a week because a female employee was hitting on her and asking her to smoke Marijuana with her while on break. She still has not gotten a check and they just keep giving her the run a round about where her check is.

Just had an infuriating experience at Burgerking. I went through the drive thru and ordered, but when it came time to get my change I was given the wrong amount. I politely pointed it out and the cashier got an attitude and said he’d get the manager. I pulled ahead and waited. After several minutes I finally go in and the manager tells me he won’t reimburse me because the cash register isn’t over. I told him I know what I gave the cashier. Still manager refuses to pay. I have a complaint against the Burger King in Woodruff, SC. My son is newly hired and for the last few days neither the manager nor the assistant manager have been present during his shift. The leading supervisor or shift leader is named Shanik. She has continually yelled at my son and has belittled him by spelling her words to him as if he is a total idiot every time he asks her what he needs to do and once today, he was waiting to fill someone’s order and she said, “team work” T E A M W O R K. I will NEVER eat at the Burger King in Laplace, LA again (and hopefully no others). A friend of mine went there today and this is what she encountered. I went to visit my local Burger King today June 30th 2016 Store number 4259 In Brookfield Wisconsin This location is only two minutes from where I work So it is very convenient for me But I was extremely disappointed in my visit today. I went through the drive-thru And ordered 2 Bacon cheeseburger deluxe and a medium Coke. When I got to the drive-thru window I was handed my soda And paid for my meal. It then took 15 minutes for me to receive my two burgers. The woman in the drive thru Handed me my Burgers And said here you go and close the window on me. No apology for the 15-minute wait for my burgers. I drove back to my work And to my great disappointment In the two minutes it took me to get back to where I work I found out that my burgers were cold!!! Now I figured that since it took them 15 minutes It was because they had to cook them fresh. I was wrong!!! Now I’m no rocket scientist But I cannot imagine Burgers getting that cold in 2 minutes. And when I say it’s 2 minutes from my work to the Burger King or vice versa that is literally not figuratively.All in all a very disappointing visit!!!

I have enjoyed BK meals for a long time having grown up in a Border Town of Juarez Mexico- El Paso Texas, I was thrilled when BK entered operation in Mexico and also very pleased to see the same happening in Brazil.
Recently I visited a BK restaurant in Juarez Mexico on the 26 of June, with Mixed feelings, it was the third time that they sold me something advertised as “cheaper if you include it” (in this case an apple pie) and to my surprise when it came to being served (after quite a while by the way) the person behind the counter told me – Sorry we don’t have it – which was THE THIRD TIME IT HAPPENED IN THAT PARTICULAR PLACE !, as I inquired ok, so what happens now? As a summary of events I can say the following:
• They did not apologize for the mishap
• They turned very defensive about it
• The ‘person in charge’ (not a manger by the way) had already money in his hand as if he was trying to get rid of me
• I was not offered an alternative or a courtesy meal
• It was the third time it happened
Well, after sighing and lifting my shoulders I preceded to enjoy my meal, during which I started reflecting:
• Do employees get proper training in Customer Satisfaction?
• Do they have a Quality Manual?
• Do they know the policies of a non conformance?
• Do they know Customer’s expectations?
• Does BK provide these tools to their employees?
• After I enquire, the person in charge did not know about Quality or service policy
• Does BK care about these things?
I’m a Burger guy all the way I have visited other places where burgers are served and I haven’t encountered these types of situations, maybe Is my training in quality that leads to be like this and frankly it could be annoying to you (as it has been for me) but I feel let down on what to expect from BK.

I’m so livid so appalled more so enraged about how some of the employees are being treated at this one particular Bk establishment in San Carlos park, FL. The racism, the harassment, the downright unprofessionalism. I didn’t know it was the managers duty to talk smack about employees and try to set them up for failure just because they have nothing to fire a person on so they harass them until they do….I’m sorry I’m to upset to finish this any one know how to talk to corporate… Thinking about it I might just get a lawyer involved. This establishment is a joke for the clowns .
Ate at burger king last fri-the 23rd-got the chicken sandwich-got violently sick-passing blood-diarrhea-fever-and I am still sick today on sunday.Worst case of food poisoning I ever had and I am still passing blood and sick-thank you burger king-I will never in my life eat there again.

I was at the Lexington Springmill Rd. location of Mansfield, Ohio Burger King this evening 6/23/2016 and the visit was completely dismal! The Dr Pepper had a nasty chemical taste to it and my onion rings were lukewarm. The only upside to that visit was that at least we didn’t get anything on our sandwiches that we requested to be held back.
The customer service was negligible at best, I tried for several minutes and people behind the counter ignored me as though they had no idea I was there even after looking directly at me! I eventually dumped the Dr Pepper and rinsed my cup with water from the soda fountain and got root beer.
I’ve encountered problems at a BurgerKind in my hometown of Spokane, Wa. I’ve attempted to get a phone number for the local manager/franchise owner. No luck. I’ve attempted to call your helpline, it’s only open during banker’s hours. I’ve attempted to seek a response from your website, Again, no luck. I get the message. You don’t care! I can’t in good conscience spend my money (Which I work hard for) at a place that displays such utter disregard for its customers. I have many choices. BurgerKing will no longer be one of them
I just went to the BK in Groton, CT. for the first time in a couple of years. I figured I’d give them one more chance. Worse than it has EVER been. It took almost 1/2 hour to get through the drive-thru with only 2 cars in front of me. People behind me were leaving and I was just about to when the car ahead finally moved. AGAIN, wait for the order taker. Could hardly understand him. FINALLY 30 minutes total, and $12 I got my food. I threw it out because it tasted so bad. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. Keep your garbage. Do NOT send any coupons, they will only go it the trash like your “food”.

Hello. Unfortunately yes I am an employee at a Bruger King in Lima Ohio. And yes this is not something good. I expect you do not get many good reports. However, I work at store #1547. Harding Hwy., Lima, Ohio. I’ve worked there now for over a year. My name is Lisa Evans. Recently I’ve been doing the team leader training. It took a long time after I was told what I had to do to get any of the managers on board to help me with the packet and the hands on training. Then finally the 3rd shift assistant manager started to make arrangements for her and I to get together and do some of my packet, Then our store manager finally put into an email for some of the other managers to help in this process and one other started doing so. Heather is the 3rd shift manager and Otis is the other manager who started to help me. However, now I have been put on hold due to a co-worker who wanted to be a team leader also wasn’t getting ahead with her training that she felt like she should have. She had been texting me and trying to bait me into on the phone texting into speaking out against the managers. I didn’t do this, and then she deleted the emails and went to work one day when I wasn’t there and told them that I said all the store managers were worthless and that I could run the store much better than they could and many other statements that are untrue. This is not the first time this employee has caused problems for me and the managers. She filed a report that the store manager, Dan threatened her physically. He did not. Then she filed a complaint against our district manager, Glen and said that he was rude to her and spoke to her in a very bad way. He did not. Her name is Crystal (Stepleton i think is her last name). I feel the only reason she went to work and said the things that she did was to try and discredit me and stop my advancement as a team leader. I was told that her attitude is why they haven’t been giving her the attention she thinks she deserves in order to be a team leader. Crystal has the idea that if she illiminate others that will put her in a place of advancement. What is going on is the fact that it makes her even more petty and not the type of person that is wanted to be a team leader. I was encouraged by the management to assist them in instructing the other crew on the proper proceedures and when I did the other crew members started complaining due to the fact that most of the proceedures and rules aren’t being followed or enforced. Therefore when I started telling them to do so, they started complaining that I was being bossy. At first my tone with them was merely instruction, then when I was not being backed up by the very people who asked me to do so and they were still allowing the employees to do as they pleased then yes I became attitudical in my “instructions”. This is now on top of Crystal trying to sabatauge my efforts to make our store and our workers better. In realizing in this day and age the work place is not that and has turned into the gossip mill, I wonder when we are going to go back to being professional again. Yes most people look at us as just being some fast food joint, just a job and not a career. Yet where is the help for those of us who are looking at this as my profession, my way to make a living and my career? I want to have good tracking reviews. I know that 100% of the comments are not going to be wonderful or a glowing report, yet I want to strive to make the best efforts I can where I work at. Please help me to do so. Stopped to get breakfast at the location in Monrovia!! Such a rude awakening!! I needed to as a question, the woman as she was scooping the French fries ignored me like 4 times, after my 5th “excuse me” she responded loud “just a minute” turned to me ad I said “you are so rude” she got my cut n filled with coffee! Never every ever coming to this location or any other BK to that matter!!
I cannot believe the downfall Burger King has taken over the last 20+ years. They used be good food, good employees and great competition for McDs. Now they are all franchised out, and they make no effort to clean up their own stores. Each individual franchise owner does what he wants and Burger King levels no consequences against them. I had been going to BK every day without fail for over 20 years, for their coffee. I spent years in the military and their coffee was about as good as coffee gets. Better than McDs or Starbucks. They used to serve Douwe Egberts coffee which was great. They in order to cut costs AGAIN, they switched to Seattle’s Best, not as good, but still not bad. Now in the last month they have switched again, to some very cheap watered down version of coffee. I realize my $ 1.62 each for a year won’t break any franchise owners, but it is a shame any company can let their business go downhill so much, just to be able to stay in competition with everyone else. I will hold my own personal protest of BK and convince everyone I know to do the same. Sorry guys. Please clean up your act!

I visited the BK. In LAKEWOOD WASHINGTON. With my son who suffers from a disability called TOURETTE SYNDROME. After getting agitated at a noise my son makes (uncontrollabley). The asst mgr rudely and loudly said. ” MAAM CAN YOU STOP YOUR CHILD FROM MAKING THAT NOISE?!”. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED. I complained to the GM. And it was swept under the rug. And the asst. Mgr even LIED. Flat out lied and said a customer complained. There was only one customer in there and she never moved from her table. My son later cried last night wishing to god he was normal and he thought he embarrassed me.!. Now I tried to take him into safeway and he is refusing to go into a public place feeling axiety now about his disbility. People are so stupid. the asst mgr was getting agitated at my son. And basically. Told me to shut my son up who has tourette.

I visited Burger King, 20 Centennial Blvd in Chillicothe, OH on 6/12/2016. When I went in to order I noticed the Manager/ Supervisor (Whitney) doing the front counter. She was scooping fries in the container but what got me the mess she left on the fries bin. It would have taken her a few seconds to scoop the fries up and put them in the trash but she just left them laying there. I realize they get busy and can’t do it right away but when I was there it was not busy. A couple of other customers came in and said something to me about this too. The whole time I was there it wasn’t cleaned up. The dining area was dirty and sticky, some of the tables were still dirty too. The area for the drinks was filthy. I cleaned up the trash that was laying around that area. The employees were doing what the manager told them to do but I feel this manager should have someone clean while they were not busy to get ready for their busy time. I have always visited this restaurant but I have never seen it this bad before. I was embarrassed to see this. I feel this manager should have taken responsibility for the cleanliness of this restaurant and take pride in it.

I visited one of your branches in sun city mall in Cairo.. I bought a meal what version the name is but I found on the receipt a free meal is offered in case that I bought a large meal …. so I asked the manager and I confirmed the issue with the manager with a positive answer from himself .
I did the homework quiet sufficient for the information they need and I returned back to the manager …. to get the free meal …. I have to say that I am not one who will email or call for complaints,but today I am. First let me say that it’s 7:30 pm and the store is not busy, the floor is so dirty, like it hasn’t be mopped the entire day. I go to the counter and order my food. I see too managers, both females. The tall one is on drive-thru walks to the front counter to get something and looks like she’s not in a good mood. The other manager is short and heavy and her clothes, top and pants are soooo disgustingly dirty. I mean like they are so stained from the grease, that they wouldn’t get clean even after washing.
Well, enough of that part. As I was sitting and eating, I see an older man fall in the parking lot after leaving the BK. I immediately jump up to help him. He can’t get up, I try to help him get up, but he is too heavy for me and his legs are weak. He sits on the curb, I see the short, heavy manager looking at me through the window from the counter, I wave at her to try and get her to come out. She never did, thinking she didn’t see me, so I run in to get her help and let her know what’s going on and come out and get help. I go back out to stay with him, waiting for her. Took about 4 minutes for her to come out. She finally comes out and asks the man for his name to write on the pad she is holding. He doesn’t want to make a big deal and he seems embarrassed. I tell her that I don’t know him and that he can’t get up and need two people to help him up.
He says. He needs a few minutes for him to get some strength in his legs. The manager goes back in AND NEVER COMES BACK OUT TO HELP OR SEE IF HIS IS OKAY! Me on the other hand, tell him to just wave his hand to let me know he is ready, that I am right by the door, inside, and I will help him. I keep watching him, even go out two more times, he’s not ready. Finally I see him trying to get up, I go out and help him up and even, slowly walk him to his car.
As for me, I go back in to the counter and really tell the manager that she should be ashamed of herself and that I can’t believe that she never came out. Her reply to me is that he comes in there all the time. Then I preceded to tell her in a disgusted tone in my voice, that I don’t care he he has only been there once or everyday! YOU DONT LEAVE AN OLD MAN ON THE GROUND OF THE RESTAURANT AND NOT HELP HIM! WHAT IF THIS WAS YOUR GRANDFATHER BEING TREATED LIKE THIS! I AM SOOOO MAD AT THIS STORES MANAGEMENT, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAD 2 MANAGERS THERE AND NEITHER OF THEM SEEMED TO GIVE A SHIT! Employees behind counter were cursing about their work. The items I ordered were not prepared as listed on the menu & all the food was cold & dried up looking. It appeared as if it had been sitting for a long time under a heat lamp & then literally thrown onto the buns. The sandwiches were wrapped in greasy paper & assembled sloppily. Very little taste to the food either.
When I finally got my corrected order from the counter person, she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, say thank you, have a nice day, or even get lost we don’t care about you.
I has handed the corrected sandwiches rather abruptly & when I said thank you to her, I received no reply.
It’s a shame that the average consumer has been beaten down to where they actually accept this poor replica of customer service & disgraceful example of palatable fast food.
This BK location needs an extreme makeover to say the least and some training or new employees put into place.

Earlier today in Atlanta,Ga i ordered a number1 whopper meal.. Once i started eating my food i noticed that a piece of green hair was in my food. I had to pull the hair out of my mouth. I took the sandwhich back, but all of the employees at store 3641 thought that it was hilarious for one of their coworkers hair was in my food. I was asked did i want a free sandwhich and all i recieved were laughs and no apology. I will be calling the health department/code enforcement because the manager should make sure that the employees wash their hands, wear gloves and hairnets. I am highly upset about this situation.

I don’t even know where to begin. The Burger King at 1027 Union Avenue, Memphis Tennessee has a sign on the front door that says that the dinning room is open until 10 p.m. local time. I am not allowed to drive as I have a condition which makes it unsafe to do so. I walked about a mile and a half to treat myself to an Oreo milkshake on Sunday, June 5th. I arrived at the door at 9:46 p.m. An employee who reluctantly gave his name as Jack told me that they were closed for the night. On Monday, June 6th, I mistakenly returned to the same Burger King to inform and give the general manager the opportunity to correct the situation. Before I spoke with the G.M., I asked the associate working the counter what time the store had to make sure that there was not a difference in the time I had on my phone, and theirs. Both of our times were the exact same. When I first made contact with Angela or Angelica, (can’t remember which) I informed her that I was not making any sort of threat, only wanted her to have the opportunity to #1 correct the situation, and #2 ensure that i would be able to visit the dinning room up to 10 o’clock and receive service, she grudgingly told me that needed to call corporate because, and quote “ain’t no white boy gonna threaten me to get some free shit”. I have never experienced overt bigotry and humiliation from a business as reputable as Burger King in my life. I never even suggested that I was entitled to anything free. I know that I alone do not keep Burger King in business, but I visit at least 3 B.K’s a month for their delicious Oreo milkshakes. I will NEVER give another Burger King a penny of my hard earned money unless a Burger King official can guarantee that this will Never happen again. I have tried to get in touch with Burger King’s 866 number several times to no avail. I hope that I can connect with a manager at the regional level and let them know. I wonder if they will even believe me, as, if i were the manager, I would not be honest about this experience.

My Mother is 76 years old and sometimes she has problems knowing what she wants to order….even if she didn’t have the early stages of Alzheimer’s Disease my Mother should be treated with respect. the Problem is that so call African American Female Manager who i very rude. If you were to go eat at this location there’s never anyone eating at this location ! My Mother was in Drive-Thru today 6/6/16 my mother ordered $1burgers for her friends kids who were in the car and when she got to the window she added another burger she said that the rude manager and the cashier were very rude to her..but my mother is a christian and told her to have a “Blessed Day” ! Hello bk I love your food also I just want to complaint about a manager in tucson az his name santiago rocha he a good manager but disrespectful to his employees he likes to mock people about there disorder. He also like to pick on certain people I’ve seen this first hand but no longer with you I have another family member that works there and she tells me that he mocks her and picks on here he likes to play favorites and while everyone busy he likes to go into the office and watched YouTube. He also give certain people free food.

Hello im elizabeth i worked at the new smyrna beach store … I was recently fired because my assistant manager got mad at me and started a conflict i still remained calm untill my general manager looked at me told me i need to calm down and get the f out her store …. She decided to side with the assistant manager beacause they now hove a relationship going with each other witch are not just lie to grt back at getting fired… I have no desire for anyone to loose there job at all…. Well i finally got a hold of our new districked manager well he emailed me and he actually took the time to meet and talk to me unlike our last one who hung up in my face because he also knew about there relationship….. N e ways in the end the new dm told me i can work at another store …that there shows i wasnt wrong … But now in a way i am still loosing my job because i walk back and forth to work .. Me at another store is not fair …… I dont know what to say at this point because its onvious legal actions have to be took and all i want is to go back to work at the same store i started at … If i did nothing wrong why am i the one to move the assistant manager was going off on me n they have a relationship so why is it that im moved … I just wanna go to work.. Yeah the Burger King in Keokuk Iowa hired my stepdaughter about 2 weeks ago they had her come in on Monday Memorial Day working for a half an hour send her home and then we took her there at 5:30 and they sent her home at 6 o’clock again tonight why hire people if you’re going to do this kind of shit
I work at a Burger King in canton ga, my manger is ride she threw away my note saying that I can’t work on her shifts and wants to say stuff about me in Spanish to the other employees. When I asked for our district managers number she told me no that she can’t give it to me . I am a employee why can’t she give it to me if she’s my manager then she told me to call our owner of the store knowing that he doesn’t like talking to us and usually tell us to tell our managers about the problem and I can’t do that cause she the manger on the shift. She is very rude and she is a Hispanic and she lets all the Hispanic employees do whatever they want and she makes sure that they have less work and puts them in positions they want to be put in. I feel like she very racist and it makes not even want to work here no more but if I didn’t have bills to pay I would have already quit. This is getting really fustrating and it’s starting to make me mad.
Went into the Burger King in oxon hill me those poor workers are working with no air conditioner no ice cream machine for the customers there a pregnant young lady struggling to work under such conditions. The workers are sweating over the food this is disgusting and not healthy. I realize the corporate office is only open on weekdays so they have until Tuesday to fix the air conditioner or I peraonally will be calling the Department of labor and the Healh department. This is I humane for these people trying to make a honest living to have to work in such conditions
I went to the Burger King on 8720 Ohio Street, Plano, TX 75024 on 5/23/16 and ordered a #1 Whopper Meal and got to work and started eating my burger and found a fly in the middle of my burger. I called the store and LVM for a Mgr to call me back and tried to call again and no answer. So I am very upset that I still have not received a phone call from the facility Mgr. And I have never had a good experience w/ any Burger King and after today’s experience I will never return back to any Burger King at all. If I do not hear back from an employee of Burger King, I will report to FDA or CBS 11 News if that’s how I need to get someone to call me back.

A word to the wise: IF you ever happen to be hungry on a Friday night (about 10:15 pm) and decide to go through the BK drive thru at 357 Main Street, Reading, MA, to order the fish sandwich meal, be warned…IF they ask you to wait in the parking area for the sandwich, they may just forget you altogether. After 15 minutes of waiting, I managed to get their attention through the window. They acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. They finally coughed up the sandwich (without the fries, I might add) without so much as an apology. I will go to that BK again. Are you listening, Corporate?
Burger King I Loved you in 1983 when I worked at one of your stores in Ohio. I enjoy as I call it The BK Lounge especialy while overseas in Okinawa, Japan. The BK Lounge ALWAYS upheld A VERY HIGH Standard. I went to a Burger King in Greenbelt because I like the food and it is within walking distance of where I live. I could not believe the shenanigans I saw while in this store. A young girl at the front counter wiping her nose and folding napkins with her hands. A large pile of Chicken Tenders appearing to be cooked waiting to go back into the grease. French Fries that did go back into the grease to warm them up for my order. Between the Bugger Girl and the Reheated fries I will not be back in the Greenbelt Buger King for anything
I wonder if the founders meant the burgers to be made in the microwave. I still like em but the fact these are grillen and frozen and then put in a microwave is not the idea of fresh tasty burgers.

Today I went to the Burger King on Jacksonville, FL. I ordered a Chili Cheese Dog meal. When I drove up to the drive thru, a MANAGER/SUPERVISOR handed me my food. No eye contact, nothing. She was talking to her other co-workers and another manager. I asked if I could please get some ketchup. She just walked away. I sat there for two minutes thinking that maybe she heard me. I then had to try and get her attention again by saying “excuse me”, she didn’t hear me the first two time so I had to raise my voice to get her attention. She then came to the window and I asked her again if I could please get ketchup. She replied, “Oh I didn’t hear you”, then slammed the drive thru window. She came back with my ketchup and didn’t bother saying a word, not even apologize. Worst customer service ever. I have worked in the past in food and beverage and I haven’t seen anything like this. I understand co-workers need to work together and communicate but talking about other things and not giving your customers your attention and being rude is another.
I really don’t know, had a similar situation today and the manager was the topping on the cake. Double cheese burger plain. Drive off eat fries unwrap burger take a bite mustard and ketchup shoots out literally I got a 5 inch trail of that shit down the front of My Costa shirt 1/2 inch wide. I just went to Burger King in Deptford NJ, i order. Bacon cheeseburger with no onions. I happen to be allergic to onions. I also ordered a medium fry. I get an A1 burger with onions and a medium fry that looked like they were all eaten. I tooks pics, sucks I can’t post because on the receipt it states no onions. Awesome how I spent $10, mind you I didn’t get a drink on half a thing of $2.50 fries and a burger I can’t eat because it can hurt me wven if i take the onions off. i was a manager at 637 rice rd lees summit missouri 64086 and i quit on the 25th because maranda said that the 20-25hours a week that i was doing interviews hiring and filling in when needed, i would not be paid for, her exact words were (well thats your fault for doing it) her managers are only allowed 40 hours per week, if we went over she would adjust our hours back so we never got paid for more then 40 hours per week.
At this point i am owed $800-$1000 for the hours i worked. i will be contacting the missouri department of labor on the 28th at 12:00pm
I have purchased at Burger King about a two weeks ago and I noticed that they have double charge my card. And I had all the info on my phone. That they charge my twice. So I call the branch where I did my transaction they said the manager will be back in 30 min or so. So I call back after an a hour. Some lady answer and told his gone for the day. So I called the next day to talk to the manager and I did he got my information and everything but nothing was done. I just after six day’s. I got a nasty rude manager answering the phone.

Hello my name is Sarah I am a former employee at Burger King in Barrie. I worked for Burger King for a month and a half in 2014 before I quit. I have been trying for two years to get my T4 from you guys. I have talked to my previous manager many times, as well as called Burger Kings Corporate Office with me waiting on the line just to be hung up on. I cannot file any taxes until I get this T4.
on April 20th I took my three grandsons to Burger king in Lehigh Acres, Fl. for the five for four special, we all got the same thing the bacon burger. With in one hour of eating all four of us got sick with stomach cramps and diarrhea. I called the store and spoke with the manager, told her something they were serving was tainted. I wanted too know what we ate that made us all so sick. I was told I had to have my receipt before any thing could be done. I explained I no longer had it but the y had the copy I signed since I used my card. She told me that copy had to go to corporate, of course I was not very happy with the response. I was then informed her general manager would call me back. Of course that never happened. I do not like paying for something that is going to make us all sick. They need to do something about their customer service. All I can say is GOOD BYE BURGER KING.

Most of the people writing on here, just send a letter with your receipt for a refund. If you don’t get the money back, and instead it’s a gift certificate, that’s just as good. I received a gift certificate and go to the local restaurant that is better than the one I used to frequent.
i was visiting your burger king on the corner of andrews and oakland park florida. One of the african americans was on his break smoking marijuana right in the back near the dumpsters. My kids asked me what was that smell he tried to turn his back but i know how it smells. I think that was very unprofessional and you need to screen your employees better than you do before you hire them. I have also seen when i went inside to order that they dont use no gloves all the time. Very unsanitary.

I was trying to find a website or email for raise my concerns about your store in Festival Mall Alabang, Muntinlupa City in the Philippines, unfortunately I could not find one instead they are directing me to their FB page ( which I find very inappropriate to raise my complaint and can be perceived as cyber bullying).
I went there last Sunday April 3, 2016 around 12:20 to 12:25pm. I was in hurry to find a quick lunch since I have a meeting at 1 pm. To my surprise there are only few people queuing to order and I said to myself this is great because I can have a quick lunch (since i been craving your burger since Saturday night).
I think I was 3rd on the line, but during that time there were only to cashiers working considering its already lunch rush. So I waited but I noticed that they were moving not on the usual fast paced flow for a fastfood retail store. So I waited again practicing my maximum tolerance, now I that I am second to the line, suddenly your cashier decided to pull some bills and went to the manager who was sitting on his office while its 12:30pm!!!!! So again I practice my maximum tolerance of waiting….. when its my turn I ordered whopper meal, unfortunately upon paying I was asked to step on the side and wait for my burger while they were making it. So I waited but I saw my watch its already 12:45pm…. I said to my self this is crazy slow and that is the time I began saying to them “your service is very slow, and can you ask your manager to come to my table”.
Here are my bullet points:
1. lunch time but you only have two cashiers and few food runners.
2. I saw a few BOH staff on the kitchen ( i think 2 or 3 at that time)
3. Cashier assigned to me works at her own pace.
4. Was not set up for their shift since she has no loose bills.
5. I saw BOH staff just running or walking around the kitchen considering most of your burgers were half service at that time (please review your CCTV if I am correct).
6. Manager was just sitting doing his paper during lunch rush.
Most likely despite my craving for your burgers there is a big chance I wont be eating at BK.

Went today 4/2/16 arrived in a double thru waited for 9 minutes still no order taken. Backed out of drive thru went to the inside to place order, placed order for chicken nuggets and smoothie, waited for 18 minutes still no order, requested a refund in which manager “tossed” register keys to an employee saying ” give refunds to whoever wants their money back”. This particular was just remodeled less than 6 months ago with the new double drive thru. All the manager could say was “sorry we are short staffed”.Had to give a minimum of 1 star, but if I had the option to give no stars that would be my option NO STARS….No worries of me having to return to burger king…..the owner of this store apparently doesnt visit his store. Also refused to give me any numbers to call a district manager, just told me to look up the burger king website.
If you are going to sell hot dogs learm how to make good dogs. Stoped & had two dogs in Glendale6 Az. It tasted like the dogs were injected with liquid smoke instead of cook on the grill. Tasted terrable. Had to throw them away. There was only a hint of chille & cheese. The very worst hot dogs i ever ate. Also the onion rings were not crisp. Half cooked. Learn how to make good chili & really cook the hot dogs on the grill.
I went to the drive thru at the Century Florida store and they messed my order up, then ask for my change back because we was charged the wrong g price and when I asked for home office the manager preceeded to tell me she didn’t know the home office number but she would take my name and phone number and ask home office to contact me. My complaint is the drive thru worker is incompitant of doing her job because I ordered 2 number 5’s she asked me what’s on a number 5 I though really. On a recent employee for Burger King my name is Richard Romero I work for the restaurants in downtown Denver Colorado I work for Colfax and Gilpin and 30th and Downing I had some issues with the Burger King’s at those stores working over there one of the managers was cutting me down fighting and arguing with me and I wasn’t fighting or arguing back but she was picking about how she didn’t like me and this and that you know started stuff with other employees and other employees to talk stuff to me her name was Marcella it’s a Mexican and I can’t even pronounce it is she was literally yelling cussing me out calling me names and everything else she caused me so much stress and it happen to have a seizure 101 and 101 back to work the next day the other manager Brenda ask me how my seizure was of course Patty and everybody didn’t do nothing about it Patty is one of the district managers I told Patty about what was going on and that I’d like to be transferred she told me she’d see what she can do other than that I was working on Gilpin work for Raul and when I was working on Gilpin and Colfax the manager Jennifer over there who was supposed to be married hugging and kissing on the neck with these young and she’s over there she’s like in her thirties maybe forty she was offering him drugs when they would ask her for it the district manager rual did nothing about it and he was starting so much drama he got me and my friend that I was working with in the store he started so much drama between us he ended up making this fight for no reason at all and then he cut our hours that’s when I went to Patty’s Restaurant worked hard for them and everything else did not do nothing to these managers and that’s when they started calling me names picking a fight everything call me on the phone yelling and cussing me out and everything else when I had told Patty what was going on in the district manager she did nothing about it her and my other district manager had told me had laid me off of work for a week a week or so it’s been over a week they said they would let me know when I can come back to work and now I get this letter saying that I abandon my post which I never abandon my post I love working hard for Burger King I like making the money over there it’s just some of the managers and district managers get away with a lot of stuff and can treat their employees like this

I called and asked when I had to be at work I was tolled tom. at 3. then I got a phone call to tell me that I had to b there at 11. I went in and got written up and sent home. I t was only my second day at work. I have no idea what I did wrong. She wrote me up in front of employees and costumers. It made me feel like I did a horrible thing when I did everything right. Im so upset how I was handled.
When u get there take a picture of ur day u are working it proof u know your day and if they changed it u have proof. The issue ur are have to need to go up to them and ask then what have I done and if they don’t say nothing u go to ur RM
While visiting my son in the US Army in Munich, Germany, We visited the (large) Burger King at the Munich railway station, in the town center.
When we used the restroom facilities, I was surprised to see there was no power to hand dryers, only to have a woman sitting outside the restroom doors, collecting .50 euros to give a paper towel.

Myself & a co-worker choose to try the new hotdogs today. We both do not eat at Burger King often but did today. She ordered onion rings and the original dog I ordered the same along with an order of fries and the chile cheese dog. In agreement we both think they tasted horrible. Everything looked & tasted dried out. The dogs were dry & Shriveled. I used to enjoy eating there from time to time but I will reconsider next time. Thank you

I wanna know how in the world am I supposed to speak with someone about & short version, one of you employees going off on me, verbally fighting with me & no one said anything, not even the manager. I’ve called all the numbers & I will call BBB as well because it was to the point that it may have became physical.. This particular employee has repeatedly in the past yr has gotten my order wrong, making late back to work. One time it took 20 for just an Apple pie & another 20 to give me a refund & I only get a 45minute lunch. The manager that day promised to give me a meal since this happens so much & I got nothing except low sugar, feeling sick for the rest of my shift & written up. Only reason i even went back was because I get mistakes happen, i have no car & it is the closest restaurant in walking distance.
There are two burger kings in Antioch Ca both serve cold food with an attitude both are always nasty inside and out both you got everybody speaking in a foreign languages everybody wita evil stare lookin at you like what the bleep you want. The one next to the Antioch bridge is whew wee slow nasty rude chicks in there cold cold gooey food the fries cud chip ya tooth or crack ya lip then the one on lone tree way is racist they are predudice up in there the food is ice cold the fries are frozen if you not one of them so if ever in Antioch Ca avoid the hassle its never gonna change at those two places i now plan to just stick wit jack in the box
I arrived at the Burger King in Deland Florida the south woodland plaza store to find a manager pacing in the parking lot on the phone. Her phone call was obviously not work related considering the profanity involved. We ignored that and headed for the drive through where we sat for nearly 10 minutes with no response. My wife tried to approach the manager on the phone in the parking lot, but the manager promptly walked away from her leaving her to walk upto the drive through window. The drive through head set battery had died so we went inside only to find a locked register waiting on the ranting manager in the parking lot. Our food was wrong and after they fixed it not only was it still wrong, but also cold… Needless to say my whole family was not happy. Feeding a family of 6 our order was not cheap and we all wished we had spent the money elsewhere.
ON FEB 27. AT AROUND 730AM I WENT TO THE BK LOCATED IN HEBRON KY. I ORDER A 5PC FRENCH TOAST STICKS AND A LARGE VANILLA ICE COFFEE.. THE FRENCH TOAST STICKS WERE VERF GREASY AND HARD, AND THE ICE COFFEE HAD NO VANILLA AT ALL.. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A MNG AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG ( 5MIN AFTER I GOT THE ORDER SO IT WAS STILL ON THE SCREEN AND SHE REMEMBERED ME) . HOWEVER I WASNT ABLE TO GO BACK AND GET A NEW ORDER AT THE TIME SO SHE SAID SHE WOULD PUT MY NAME DOWN SO I CAN COME PICK IT UP FOR BREAKFAST WHEN I CAN….TODAY ON MARCH 1. AT 745AM I WENT TO PICK UP MY ORDER..I ADVISED I HAD A CREDIT ORDER THE LADY ON THE SPEAKER ASKD WHAT MY ORDER WAS AND AS I WAS SPEAKING SHE INTERUPTED ME AND SAID “JUST GOT TO THE WINDOW”. WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW SHE DID SAY HI OR HOW ARE YOU OR ANYTHING ALL SHE SAID WITH A ATTITUDE “SO, WHAT WAS IT AND WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT” .. WHEN SHE WAS PUTTING MY ORDER TOGETHER SHE CAME BACK TO THE WINDOW AND SAID “THIS IS THE LAST TIME I DO THIS” AND CLOSED THE WINDOW BACK.. THEN WHEN SHE WAS GIVING ME MY ORDER SHE SAID “WITHOUT A RECEIPT SHE IS NOT DOING THIS AGAIN AND ACCUSED ME OF DOING THIS 4 OTHER TIME” I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT BUT I HAVE ONLY WENT TO THAT LOCATION 2 OTHER TIMES AND I HAVE NEVER CALLED FOR A CREDIT ORDER BESIDES THIS ONE TIME..SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING ACCUSED OF BEING A LIER…….. Everytime I go to the burger king in bonifay, fl. The store manager Brenda Hadden has the most horrible attitude. I have seen more of a turnover in employees there, Then any place I’ve ever seen. I have no idea why this woman still has her job. When you treat your employees like they are nothing, the employees treat the customers like they are nothing. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. Im to the point that I’m fixing to go McDonalds or hardees. Yawl seriously need to redo your upper management. Maybe should retire.
The bk store in walton ky is ridicoulus since our gm got let go. We always runnin out of things and always gorta wait till last before we know our schedule. I am an employee at Burger King and the things that I have had to deal with could fill a book. Recently, I worked with this employee that the managers rehired and she cussed me, got attitude with the entire team (manager included), and called me out of my name. While I was taking an order she started talking to other people and I thought I heard her say something about smacking me. I do not advice anyone to get a job there and from the stories I have read on here it seems this way everywhere. In my honest opinion, something needs to be done. Doesn’t matter if its fire managers and hire new ones or the main man over all the stores go undercover and find out what’s happening in the stores.

On October 28th, 2015 at 07:47 I stopped at the Burger King located at 1491 Hwy 138 SE, in Conyers Georgia. When i approached the counter no one was there to assist me. After waiting for a few minutes a young lady came from the restrooms with a cleaning tray with cleaning supplies and what appeared to be trash bags up to her elbows covering her hands and arms. She removed the gloves and asked me could she help me. I was hesitant because she had just came from the restrooms and did not go and was her hands. I went on and gave her my order which consisted of a small hash browns and a small fountain drink. After ringing my order up the young lady then turned and retrieved a cup from the stack of cups. I then stopped her and asked her was she going to wash her hands being she had just came from cleaning the restrooms. She stated to me “I had on gloves”. I explained to her that it didn’t matter that she had on gloves because she had just left from cleaning the restrooms. She then stated to me, “Well i’m doing what i was trained to do”. She then turned to put the cup back on the stack, and i stopped her and told her that she did not need to put that particular cup back because it had germs all over it. She then took the cup with her to the back and spoke with another employee. Another employee working the drive through walked up and i asked her to speak with the on duty manager. When the other young lady came from the back the drive thru person had started to fix my order. The young lady gave me another cup. I did not get to speak with the manager because i was pushing for time. I refuse to go back to a restaurant where an employee tells me that they were trained to clean a restroom and immediately start to serve guest without washing their hands. I made an online complaint with the company the next day but have not heard back from anyone. My next step is to contact the local department of Health. I know from past experience that the local Department of health will take immediate action against this restaurant if i contact them. Common sense, you don’t work in a public restaurant, clean a restroom and go serve guest without first washing your hands!!!!

I work in a professional setting; so every morning staff come in with their coffee. I like BK coffee but the presentation is the most simple and plan. This doesn’t stop me from ordering your coffee but in our morning meeting I do feel a little plain with my coffee cup. I just recommend a better presentation…IDK if this is part of your marketing strategy to keeping it as simplistic as possible. Anyway just my though.
Came in this morning to get my food right after breakfast and they sold me steal nuggets that taste like its been sitting there for hours I asked for a new order and they told me it would be a wait and I had to get back to work so I just left this is not the first time this happened they place is so filty and dirty I barely wanted to order my food there some of the employees is rude and so is all the managers this is the worst experience ever and I don’t think I will be visiting Milford burger king again never been so unhappy with my service until I stepped in this place

Hello my name is Cassandra, I went through a drive through at one of your locations & the woman that took our order at the window was very rude & disrespectful. I am very upset with the way she handled our order & especially in front of my children. I called when I left to speak to the manager & turns out she was the manager, being the manager of a store myself that is not the way to treat your customers. I feel very discriminated against & I will not stop until this problem is resolved.
We have your store in warwick new york I visited here for 20 years the past 2 years have been awful. Always a wrong order, food is cold, cheese never melted, no one really speaks good english, then you complain to a manager and don’t get anywhere. It’s a shame hoe a big company doesn’t even care about their customers it’s sick. As I see in any other companies most employees don’t care about customers, what is going on?
First of all I came in to get an order fixed that was either incorrect or cold. The general manager replaced my food with a lot of attitude which I did not understand considering they messed up my food to begin with. The food I received was so disgusting I could not eat it. I asked for the corporate number and even though he yelled throughout the store that he gave it to me i guess so that his crew would calm down i never got the number. What I did get was a crew member yelling “give her my number” so I got disgusting food, attitude from the general manager, intimidation from him and his crew, I wasted my gas and time and I definitely did not get it my way. I am so upset over the whole thing I will NEVER return to a burger king without an apology from both the general manager and the crew member. I am embarrassed for you.

On Sunday, October 11, 2015 at the restaurant at the intersection of Hodges and Atlantic Boulevard (13180 Atlantic Blvd) Jacksonville Florida 32225 .At this restaurant I had to use the facilities
(Restroom). The restroom was completely nasty look like it had not been cleaned in years. It was so bad that Mr. clean himself would wear a hazmat suit to go in there to clean the bathroom. The sink in which you would use to clean your hands was turning brown/black from not being clean over a long period of time and you don’t want me get started on how the toilet looked. Also there were no signs in the bathroom telling the employees to wash there hands so I can only imagine if they clean the bathrooms like their hands God knows how many people are getting sick from this damn place that the movie saw was filmed in.

I had a takeout order with their known original chicken burger and when I open it at home I notice a browned lettuce sticking out from the sandwich so I peak inside it and saw the lettuce half browned. I went to a Burger King in Kalamazoo, Mi. It seems that every time I go to this Burger King there is always a problem. I approached the restaurant and saw the drive thru was so busy that my daughter and I decided to go into the lobby. As we enter the lobby two of the employees one being a manager was hanging up Halloween decorations. They asked me how the decorations looked and I advised them that the drive thru was extremely busy and they might want to help the 2 workers actually working. I used my free coupon that I was given before because of another issue I had before. I order a whopper Jr with cheese and after looking at my burger noticed that the meat patty was smaller than the bun. I asked the employee to remake my sandwich and was informed that all the patties are smaller than the buns and that its the new buns that got larger. I told her that normally the patty is as large as the buns and this is not true. The employee then starts to argue with me so I just ask for my money back. If the patty is suppose to be smaller than the buns this is false advertisement because on television on billboards all burgers are full and definitely bun size. I will never go back to this Burger king all feel like if Burger King wants to false advertise there products than customers like me shouldn’t buy it. Employees should never tell customers something different than whats being advertise and Burger King shouldn’t sell a product they’re advertising falsely…sincerely pissed off customer!!! So when the company is ready to give me a sandwich where the burger is as big as the bun I’ll think about going back and spending my hard earn money on a product that the price seems to keep going up in price!!!

My concern is the terrible Commerical about getting pregnant and making chicken fries. Are you telling me that your design team, has such little imagination that they cannot come up with something better than that, that you actually have to use a teenage chicken to get pregnant, don’t you think you are sending the wrong message, even if it is a chicken. I took my family to your BK #5353 North Adams Mass big mistake not only did I myself become ill but so did my children and husband I called and spoke to a manager in the Am they said they were sorry and I could get a refund when I went in the Manager from the evenings shift said no you can`t get a refund but I can give a gift card why would I want a gift card from a place that poisoned my children. The manager said I will call the main office and ask if I can give a refund and call you back. He took my name and number same as the earlier manager did and never called me back. After such a display of indifference and disregard for someone becoming ill I am contacting the board of health this is atrocious I would have been less upset but these are my children and your company should be ashamed of the behavior of your manager of this store. I have had previous issues mostly with the service but everyone has a bad day and I figured give them another shot never again. Your employees kicked me out of the bathroom today because they thought I was in there getting high. They banged on the door and I told them to stop and they said not until I get out. Why on earth would they assume I went ro burger king to do drugs in the bathroom? I was extremely pissed off and couldnt believe they said that. My daughter works for the newer store in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She has been there for over a year. She goes in on her days off, stays late, closes by herself lately and tonight she is there basically by herself! One manager is sitting in the office and the other one is outside. She’s trying to run the whole store by herself! She just text me letting me know what was going on and said she needed help. She started crying in front of the customers and was extremely embarrassed. This is some total bs! She gives her all for this piddley ass minimum wage job is taking advantage of my daughter. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! I as a parent have always instilled in my daughter good work habits and I am telling her to walk out!!!!!!!

I am a Manager of a business in Paris Texas. I have always been a fan of Burger King. I have recently visited the BK in Paris Texas, there were flies everywhere, and I don’t mean 2 0 3. I sat at a table and counted over 30 that were just on the tables. I was the only person in the restaurant and had to wait 13 minutes to get a burger, fries and drink. When I got my burger, the meat was cold and raw in the middle. I visit this store frequently & have been disappointed the last few times there. Someone needs to take a good look at this store because it is not what it should be.

I was at one of your locations in houston a year ago and had a bad experience after talking with the manager I had to contact the district manager to resolve my issue. At that 5ime I told the district manager that I would not be back to ANY Burger King. After a year has past now I thought I would give them a chance again because my son really wanted Burger King. When getting to the window I pay even though the manager taking my money was rude to me and my son. When getting home I find that order is wrong!!!! It is very frustrating that you as a customer tell the person taking the order what you want and I never get what I order on top of being over charged for something I did not order. A manager like Asian person around 50 yrs old was horribly rude. He speaks English like a native.
He did not understand my English and asked 4 times same question. He was so rude treated me like an animal, like treating a dog asking ” medium large” without saying whats for.
I went to the window then there was a black person standing just asking for a water but he was treated horribly wrong. I tried to help him place an extra order for him.
The Asian manager still pretend do not understand me at all, repeating same thing 3 times again. ( just place whopper meals x 2)
So I mentioned ” Why don’t you write down, do you have a pen? ” since he do not get it.
He pissed at me, said “ I’m not taking your order anymore” refused.
I was completely harrased, called the police to fill the complain.
I don’t think person like him should be handling any business after all they don’t survive without us.
If the corporate office do nothing about this issue, then they have a problem not us.
I need to talk to someone about employees plus a manager shuting a store down a hour before closing time.

I just had a horrible incident at the burger king store#17791 in tinley park, Illinois as I pulled up to the drive thru I saw one of the employees outside so I went on to make a joke about him taking my order while being outside and he very disrespectfully said that he could do whatever he wanted and if I didn’t like it I could go to a different burger king. I told him that he was being unprofessional by having them loiter outside his job and that he should not jump out on customers like that. He said that he did not care and he would shoot someone if he could. How can you have employees that act this way? That guy threatened me, I was with my wife and son all I wanted was to get him some food and I got the worst service I have ever had at any fast food place EVER! Somebody has to take some action in this matter because that is unacceptable.

I am writing because I would like someone to explain the 2 bottom bun policy to me. If a customer orders a whopper and they cannot eat seeds they are forced to have 2 bottom buns which I will advise still has seeds on it. wouldn’t a better more appetizing and less insulting solution be to give the customer a bun without seeds? Burger King has sandwiches that come on seedless buns so why not switch or just provide the option for the customers that cant have seeds. We went to Burger king yesterday 7/26/15 in Melbourne Florida on Wickham rd. where we were advised that we would have to purchase another sandwich and switch the buns our selves or take the bottom buns and be happy to get that.
Needles to say you lost a entire family of customers with that poor customer service. McDonalds doesn’t say you can have it your way but they will give you a whole bun ( not 2 bottoms) without seeds if you ask them.
I have been to various Burger King restaurants on many occasions, and left discontented, dissatisfied. I do not enjoy the BK hamburger buns. It’s dry, lacks appeal and does not compliment the hamburger. I am not sure if it is long exposure to the air in the restaurant that is causing this problem.The bun seem to have been bought from a local commercial baker.
Have you ever considered baking your own bread (bun) in-house (as do Subway, your competitor). You have so much options to improve the quality, taste, the texture and at the same time add variety. Thank you.
I went to 2 different Burger kings tonight both to which got the order completely wrong!
The 1st returned my money so I went to a different location, only to run into the same problem but they refused to refund my order within 5 minutes of receiving it ” COMPLETELY WRONG!” I will keep my receipt and do expect compensation for the situation and the assistant manager I had the displeasure of dealing with! 🙁

Burger King SE 14th Des Moines IA. Messed up my order went back to get the right burger was told there is no guarantee on what you order. So ask for another burger was told they didn’t have it, so asked for a different one was told again they didn’t have it, even though it is on the menu. This was done by the manager there. They were very rude. I use to think this store was a good one but so wrong, I will be going to Mc Donalds.

We visited the Burger King at Oak hill in Herndon Va the service was terrible long waiting. The manager was rude food was awful. Very unsatisfactory service.
I called at the Cardiff Central Square (UK) on Sunday as my 4 grandchildren were seeing their Dad onto a train to Plymouth for him to return to his ship with the Royal Navy. They were tearful and upset at seeing their dad go off for 4 months – a treat would make it better I though. I spoke to Sai (Burger King) employed who didn’t speak enough English to understand me and failed to till in the order for 3 ice creams, my 4th grandchild wanted a fruit drink – none available (no fruitshoot!!!) I had originally asked for 4 slush drinks as they could all enjoy the same…. not available as they hadn’t ordered any ingredients for the slush machine. I insisted on speaking to the Manager and someone called Thomas (he didn’t have a name badge) served me as Sai was totally useless with blank expression, his supervisor’s answer was to shrug her shoulders. Eventually after 40 minutes the children were happy to eat their ice cream (except No 4 who didn’t really want orange juice (as she is dairy intolerant) she ad to make do with juice. It was a busy day and in the star of summer – NO SLUSH INGREDIENTS< NO FRUIT SHOOT DRINKS!!!!! This place needs someone who knows what and when to order!!!!!! The three tables outside were full of rubbish, food wrappings and Burger King bags, obviously left by customers and not even cleared by staff. The tables as a result were a mess as seagulls were fighting for the food left behind in the bag and seagull shit was all over the tables. What a welcoming site for visitors to Cardiff who arrive at the main railway station and this is their first site of the Principality. Burger King – you are a disgrace. Yesterday i went to BK for the first time in 5 years. i went to the location in Hesperia Ca on Main St and spent $4.08 for a whopper. i thought that was a bit much but the burger was awesome. so today i purchased a whopper in my hometown of riverside ca, it cost me $5.00 plus .50 for cheese and .30 for tomatoes. to my dismay, it was not charbroiled, like the other location. it was one of the most distasteful burgers that i had eaten in years. it cost way too much for so little quality. what has happened to our fast food chains? spending $6.00 for a single patty burger is rediculous, what ever happened to have it my way?

And I live an hour away from the shelter. We were in knee high water, trying to save these animals. I don’t appreciate the favoritism’s that the managers’ play. In my location they are looking for a new store manager, I say higher someone who can lead, not follow behind and keep people that harass the other employees. Nobody there that’s an assistant deserves to lead that store. The voice mail on my mom’s phone was extremely unprofessional, and was left for someone not even an employee. My manager is on her last week there so she’s behaving like she has nothing to loose. This behavior is unacceptable in ever stretch of the imagination.
I was up last night helping a shelter in a flood warning. I’m a great supporter of this animal shelter, and the animals were going under water. So My family and I drive out there to help. Didn’t get back till late at night. My shift at burger king was a four hour shift and I was tired so I slept through it. Granted I didn’t call in, but when ever others do this it’s alright they’ll show up tomorrow. What the hell! When I did it, only once, My manager left ten missed calls on the house phone, another ten on my mom’s phone. She was told what happened when she called the fourth time, but then she fricken wigged. I’m thinking I’m sorry that dogs drowning was more important than a pittly four hour shift. Mind you the entire time I’m there I’m cleaning and working the broiler. But I’m the ONLY one that cleans. So naturally they freak the hell out when I don’t show up because the actually have to do their jobs.

I have a complaint. Waynesboro Virginia Burger King does not have an air conditioning for the employees in the back house kitchen. the workers are dripping with sweat working over the food handling food.sweat dripping from their face their body. this is pretty gross. it extremely hot in there in the summertime. this is not good hygiene..they handle the food delivered to the customer this is not sanitary. Shouldn’t the workers there have a t air condition working in a hot kitchen?..

Employees want $15.00 an hour and they can’t even get an order right?! That is total BS, they shouldn’t even be making minimum wage! They are slack, lazy and don’t know how to do their jobs!! The Burger King in Georgetown, SC is the worst fast food place in town, worse than McDonalds and that place is bad too.

post falls Idaho branch needs some improvement on their staff and their behavior. Not to mention making sure all your order is there. Twice in one week our orders weren’t all there and they get mad! Never even got a receipt for the order. I sure would have loved to of had a name!
We recieved the worst service from the Burger King at 1911 Armour Rd Kansas City. When my wife went in to correct the screw up the fat hispanic night manger told my wife she was a rude bitch. She was most likely rude as they can’t get an order right but you need to ship your night shift supervisor back across the border w=until she learns what customer service is!
I went to the Burger King in Washington Indiana for breakfast no one was in sight except a girl mopping the floor I waited 5 minutes and never did get waited on so I left I called the manager. The only thing she said was I’m sorrry
Took you kids to burger king. Never again the manager went outside to smoke and then came vack to work. Never washed her hands. How sanitary is that. Even my young said mom she didn’t wash her hands. This us the store in pahrump.

My name is Dinesh.I have a serious complaint regarding your brand burger king in India. I dont know how the store operations and head office queries are handled. I am writing this to you because I have no option in front of me. As my younger brother Mahesh Adekar is working for your brand in Oberoi mall,Mumbai,India.My brother was fired from his work for an integrity issue which was held in a store and he didn’t committed.As he was fired from his work and 4-5 months has been passed now for this incident but for that month the company has not paid his salary which is still pending. As my brother goes each and every day to store and head office for the final settlement for his dues but the store manager says they dont have form you can clear your dues from head office and the same answer has given by a HR person from head office that he should clear his full and final settlement from the store. As we are not rich and our financial condition is not so much well. I dont know how you people can help us but we need your attention to my feedback asap as I dont like to write this everything but I was helpless when no action is taken by superior in burger king India.

I have emailed the EVP Europe, Bruno Lino, regarding a serious complaint about Burger King printing cut price vouchers for use in its restaurants, only to find that when I went to use them the restaurant refused to honour them, saying they didn’t have to. I also posted this on BK Facebook. The result? No reply from him or his staff and I have been blocked completely from their website. What a way to treat your “valued” customers. My next visit will be to McDonalds!
Oh and heres the thing. Im standing up for my wife. Im gonna blow this sight up with my comments, im gonna go to any website I can contact a BK manager from, and im gonna keep filling these comment sections up untill I here back from somebody who cares.
I want to know that a good, hard wofking, and dependable employee such as my wife, who never calls in sick, who is the best over night manager, who does her job exceptionaly well every day, is being recognized and not ignored or overlooked. I want to know that you value your hard working employees enough to stand up for them. When I think about the number of times my wife has come home crying or angry because of they way shes been treated at work, it makes me sick. How many times does a prson have to prove themselves before they get recognition?
I want to let yall know about the things that going on at the Burger King in Eunice, la my 16 year old daughter just quit from there today the shift mgr Bridgette curse her and othe workers out when they work with her she told the mgr name Vickie about it more then once and she don’t try to correct the problem she not the only one that quit cause of the cruseing at the workers like there her kids she wears her hat backwards and that unprofessional for a shift mgr .If the mgr can’t see about these issues she should not be running yall store but something needs to be done with both of them.

We are on our way to Ohio and stopped at effingham il at your Burger King. It was awful! 9:00am and they did not have any forks, no butter or syrup for pancakes. Had to ask for sugar and salt . Potatoes were fried in old burnt oil and we’re disgusting. Only 10 people came in the others went to mcdonalds and we should have too, they charged the bus driver for his meal. Bad busines, I’m sure he will never bring another bus tour here again.

I really need to speak with someone I m concerning a manager that allows theft in his store,, says he knows who took my daughter’s money from her purse but that he doesn’t have to tell her who it is. Really? Theft is allowed. This young boy still is working there and has since stole money from a new young girl employee. My daughter was fired today for some reason that I don’t understand. But the thief still has his job as well as this manager Donovan Beckford. Please have the owner of this burger king call me as soon as possible. I am sure this is not normal operations for such a worldwide fast food establishment. This does need attention immediately. Thank you very much.

My son recently was accepted to be a police officer in central Illinois. He is currently in the police academy in Champaign Illinois.Today him and two of the other new recruits went to the burger king in Champaign Illinois .They were in uniform from each of there departments. A hen the three of them walked in one of the employees at the front line said in a louder tone said oh no I’m not waiting on them and refused to do that. He said the manager heard that and waited on them and apologized while waiting on them. He was hired by one of the adjoining departments next to Champaign. If he was ever called there I know he would risk he would risk his life to help or save someone. I think he actions were totally uncalled for and if I was her supervisor she would be fired on the spot. I really want to make others even the media aware of it but being the person that he is, b e does not want me to do that. I hope that person is let go immediately. Thank you for listening. I was at BK #9099 this morning with a coupon for a DOUBLE Crossain-Wich Breakfast meal with hash browns and coffee. I had one on Friday at a different location and it was huge! At this other location, I give her my coupon and ask for the same (no meat, just double cheese and egg). When I get my sandwich, it’s not even the regular portion. I had half the regular portion of egg and only half the slice of the cheese. It was also flat as a pancake. I complained it was not a double, but she said because I wanted no meat, she can’t give me the double as indicated on the coupon, but she took my money just the same!
This location is filthy (tables, self serve area, order counter, floors), service is slow and inflexible, and now the product is less than desirable.
